Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfast: 2 whole grain fat free pancakes, 2 slices Candian bacon (lean "bacon" ham with like 1g of fat for 2 pieces), 1 cup lowfat chocolate milk/Snack: sugar free lowfat pudding/Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup, 2 slices bread and Smart Balance/Snack: apple and yogurt/Dinner: homemade whole grain lowfat pizza, salad, veggies. Execise: 30 min. strength traiing/cardio DVD how did I do? Yesterday my aunt broght home cookies...I couldn't stop myself I had 3 chocolate chip cookies. I'm sick of being fat and not taking care of myself! I need to get back in control!

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 169 - do any of you guys have the desks that are conncted to your chair? i wish i didnt.i barly fit and no room left!! and i think the chair is giving up to my weight too because it just wont stop squiking!!what should i do?? should i tell the teacher? because everyone keeps on staring at me whenever it squikes!!P.S.i know their not old!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat swiss cheese melt, fryit cup, 1 cup chocolate milk/Snack: oat and honey granola bar/Lunch: smallf rozen burrito (1 gram of fat!!!!) that had beans, corn, and sliced veggies inside~~5 crackers with SMart Ballance and oene mini can of low sodium V8 Splash( a full serving of veggies)/Snack: lowfat pudding and apple/Dinner; grilled chicken, baked potato, mixed veggies. :0) How amd i doing? I decided to make Fri. and offical exercise day other than Wed. (when I have gym) and then hopefully when my parents go spinnign at the gym on some days.

Ht. 4'7", Wt. 144 - does anyone know how many calories you have to burn a day in order to lose five lbs in two weeks (i only eat about 1200 calories a day with my diet and dont say thats not enough cuz my docotr recommended it)

The best dieting tip I can ever ever ever give you is: STOP DRINKING SODA!!!!!! bThis was hard for me at first, but all I ddi waa cut out soda I drink it once in while 9like evry 2 months!) becuase I don't need it anymore. I drink lots of water or plain seltzer instead! Believe me this is the best firsts tep you can take becuase you'll feel less bloated and then you won't be putting wasted sugary, empty calories into your body. Diet sodas are worse becuase they contain more chemicals and artifical sweenters!!! oH and in case you were wondering, here's ther real truth about fats. Ht. 5'2", Wt. 174 - omg you guys! i have been with blubberbusters 4 like 2 weeks and i have gained a whole 7 pounds. i dont see why i am gaining so much? my diet this yesturday and close to my usual is, oj and waffels(breakfast), turkey sandwich and chips and water (lunch),pizza rolls and a mountain dew (snack), some pot roast and mashed potatos and gravey and green beans and a roll(dinner), i usualy only have about 7cookies for (desert).and as i said b4 i dont know why i am gaining so much, i think my diet is ok?

This is my first time here. It's really cool to read about other kids who have the same problem as I have. I just started doing locarb with my mom and dad. So far I have lost 2lbs!!!
