FIrst of al, there are GOOD FATS AND BAD FATS! Polyunsaturated and monsaturated are the good kinds, they ones tht keep your body parts oiled and running smoothly. There're found in nutes, olive oils, vegetable oil, safflower oil, etc. Saturated fat is the kind that you see when a slab of steak is solid at room temp. and trans fats are due to this procss called hydronation. Both are bad beucase if you eat TOO much of them they can make you can weight and clog your arterues! SO limit them and take in plenty of god fats instead. :0) (view less)
