S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Food today: breakfast 3 whole grian fat free pancakes, 1 slice Canadian bacon Ilean ham), low-sgau fat-free high-calciu hot cocoa~Snack:fruit cup~Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, pudding, one whole banana~Dinner: *we went out* 1 fillet of salmon, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 small white potato, small fat free frozen yogurt~Exercise: 30 min cardio and strength training DVD. How did I do?

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 144 - Also, today another guy in my 7th period class made fun of my weight. He was saying I was mean, just because I wouldn't let him borrow a pencil. (I didnt even have another pencil!) But anyway he got all mad and was like "Your mean, I don't like you." Then he mumbled under is breath "..And you're fat!" He said it just loud enough so I could hear. He started laughing and walked away. Then my best friend walked over to him, and ripped his paper. (which I'm glad about) But then he started making fun of both of us. Any tips on what to do in a situation like this if it happens again? I always ignore, but it really hurts, and he and his friends make fun of me so much, it just starts getting bottled up inside. I need help!

Ht. 5 ft, Wt. 142.2 - okay i'm on a different comp cuz i'm at my cousins house and i weighed my self here with a better scale and i found out that i don't really weigh 134 and i feel sooo bad and what i'm ganna do is try to get down to 134 then get down to 124 then get down to 114 and then i probaly weigh how i want to so yeah!

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 144 - Ok, so last week, I had lost 4 pounds. (down to 140lb.) But then this week, I weighed in as 144 lb. everyday. I've been eating the same things that helped me lose weight last week, and I go on the treadmill everyday. I know this is a plateau but I hate it. Any tips?

Ht. 5, Wt. 169 - just saying how would you guys feal if your best 16 year-old cousin who lives nextdoor to you weighs 102lb?couse i deal with that every day.and always ask myself how come she eats more greesy food than me and in bigger porsions, but stil that weight.and she dosent exersize too!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - As I have said bfore, I take my weight loss in steps. My next challenge is to stop eating extra portions at meals. My problem is like, eating an extra slice of bread...a little bit more salald, a spoonful more pasta, you know. It all adds up! It's just a bad habit i need ot get over. After that, my goal is to exercise 30 tim a week for at least ten-thirty min. each day, depending on how uch time I have. I have different videos and stuff. So, who wants to join the challenge? Next week I'l post again to see if I've improved and maybe you could join in too. :0)

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Yeah I'm so happy I'm back to 167!! I think it could have been my period, or too much salt...but I'm not sure, it could have been weight gain too. Anyway,i wanted to let you know that the pancakes I've been eating are ORGANIC FAT FREE WHOLE GRAIN pancakes from a mix, so they're okay, and the cheese (I buy lowfta, fat free just tastes horrible!). Ham is always that 98% fat free kind, like the kind you can buy pre-sliced...you et the picture.:0) Food today: Breakfast 2 pancakes (don't wory, I told Mom it was time to shake my meals up!), 2 slices Canadian bacon, lowsuagrloefat highcalcium hot cocoa/Snack: honey and oat granola bar/Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, grapes/Snack: pear and yogurt/Dinner: I don't know...something full of veggies. exercise: 30 min of cardio/strength traiing video.

Tout je reccommend est pour vous prendre de petites étapes. Comme pas tout d'un coup enlever tout excercising de snacks vite prêts et début comme une personne folle, parce que vous juste obtiendrez avez brûlé probablement et cessez (im disant que comme une déclaration générale, n'a pas basé votre caractère personnel), tout vous devez faire premièrement est découpé quelques calories et commence une routine d'exercice facile. Alors, continuer à prendre de petites étapes de là-bas. J'espère que ceci aide :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - Yea, well I never wrote hear before but I reall need help. All my friends and my sister are perfectly skinny and even though they eat like pigs they never gain a puond. I really want to lose 30 pounds, but I dont know what kinda foods to eat. You people look like you know so please give me tips.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 96 - i haven't been on for ages but when i was last on i weighed around 260 but now i lost alot of weight i've go a tip for you guys firstly if you don't already at your shool have a exercise club suggest to your gym teacher. i spoke to my gym teacher about wanting to lose some weight a she was really nice about and said she would help me so before school at lunch and after school i would go to her and she would give me exercises to do, its been two years and i have lossed over 160lbs try my method it really works trust me
