And not like cake and ice cream and things that have a million calories in them but like bread, sushi, fruit snacks, whatever. I always tell myself: Ok. Tomorrow I'm gunna start this diet/excercise plan. But I can't get myself to start! Can someone tell me a way to get rid of my snacking problem, help me get started, and tell me how to loose 20 lb. in a month and 30 lb. in three months? *If thats possible* Thanks everyone so much! And I didn't work out this week because I have had looooooaaaadddddssss of work to do for school. I just made sure I walked home (1/3 a mile) and took the stairs at school. Anywho, this week I lost 1inch in my thigh (3 total), .5 inches in my waist (5.5 total), 0 in my bust (2 total though), and 3 pounds (23 total). I went from 205 in April to 182 now. I want to surprise my dad and my grandparents when they gets home at the end of the month from their trip. My goal by the end of school (June 22) is to be 175. Is this possible?

From Elizabeth, Age 12 - 06/02/06 - IP#: 70.237.215.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'7, Wt. n/a - well today was the last day of school so i'm officialy a 7th grader! yay! well we went to this place called the RecPlex and it was like a recreational center with a pool and ice skating rink and was really fun. only problem my legs are my worst asset so i look horrible in swimsuit (below my waist) but i went swimming anyway and had a ton of fun with my friends and got some excercise too. nobody stared at me or made fun of me (it might help that I'm about 5 inches taller than everyone, lol). so what I'm trying to say is even if you're over weight or have bad assets try to highlight your good assets and just have fun! remember, you only live once!

From krista, Age 13 - 05/31/06 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'7, Wt. 240 - todays day breakfast : frosted mini wheat the strawberry kind with skim milk lunch : chicken sandwich with corn and goldfish snack : weight watchers ice cream sandwhich and pretzels with laughing cow cheese dinner: probably pizza my mommy is sick 1 or 2 slices only exerise 2 miles on teh track in gym about an hour doing them cause it was really hott and i swam 15 laps in my pool 1 lap = back and forth and i did that for about 40 minutes more exerise is on the way at the gym how did my day go
