Ht. 5 3 , Wt. idk - here's a full proof plan 4 the summer!! Breakfast: quacker oatmeal Lunch: a whole wheat sandwich with fatfree miricle whip lean turket breast with veggiews( or sald if u prefer) dinner: eay what ever is served if it is a family dinner( i have to eat with my family while keeping this diet a secret) BUT eat SMALLLLLLLER portions. eat SLOW so u know when u are full. for snacks eat fruit or veggies. EXERCISING walking REALLY helpSS!! walk 30( if your able if your not start with 15 mins 2 times a day) minutes twice a day and gradually do more. walk to the store instead of biking. walk to the library and park. you also should try to bike . what i do when im biking i look at houses. ( which i LOVE doing) and dont be shy gbab a friend to walk with or go rollerblading. i really hope this works!!! p.s DO NOT EAT AFTER 7 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! AND HAVE FUN AND GOOOOOOD LUCK!!! i wish the best for u all!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - How much do u think i can loose if i eat healtheier(im gunna try the special k challenge) and exercise at like 10:30, i do 20 minutes on each bike and treadmill and i do workouts like pilates and ones from seventteen magazine, then im gunna try to eat healthy snacks like rice cakes and granola and fruit, maybe some veggies with FAT FREE dip or dressing. then ill try to cut back on my dinners, i tend to eat fast and way too much, and then maybe like once a week a fat free fudgesicle(its like half size than all the other ones) and drink more water throught the dayso i dont get as hungry. do u think i can loose weight by following this? plz reply!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - Oh sorry i forgot, is eating half a plain bagel on a small plate( so i feel like its a lot) with the bagel in the middle and just outlining the rim with strawberries and cantaloupe, is that healthy ?

Ht. ..., Wt. .... - hey everyone. i have not been on in a while. i dont think i lost any weight but i didnt gain either. summer starts in 3 days so thats when im officially starting my diet. until then im exercising but not to much and eating healthy, but not getting upset if i eat something bad. what are some good exercises for thighs and stomache. by september 5th i want to lose 20 pounds.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2 - a lotta people don't eat or drink milk/dairy products cuz they think it's fattening. wrong! actually, having 3 sources of lowfat (between 1-5g of fat) or fat free dairy helps you BURN FAT!! calcium is necessary! if you're vegan or lactose interolerant, find other ways to get calcium!
