Ht. 5'6, Wt. 207 - hey. Most of my life I've been overweight. My friend has been with me since kinderarten and always knew I was overweight. She goes to Mexico once a year for two months and when she gets back I want to be different. I want to have lost a lot of weight and be skinnier. I need some tips on how to do this. I read one of the stories in the story section by Blaise and I want to try that but I don't know what "bad" and "good" foods are. Please respond

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190.6 - i kicked butt on eating today! i'm happy- i feel as if i want this once again- finally. there was a period when i thought it just wasn't worth it- but i'm moving on. i want to be 180-185 by christmas. after christmas i'm goign to try a body wrap which is supposed to get rid of toxins and help you lose a few inches. it should be interesting. i've even heard some people say their stretch marks shrinked afterwards...cool- i hope it works- and if not- oh well, i'm not depending on it

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 160 - ugh i suck. bf starbucks.. lunch.. some mac n cheese kind of stuff haha i dont even know what it was.. then i ate some carrot cake :( ummmmm dinner i had chille and corn bread and some ritz. i feel like im missing something..oh i had an orange too lol.. ugh none the less not the most nutritious day but i spent an hour at the gym.. burned 550 cals on the eliptical then spent about 20 minutes doing the circut. holy crap does my as$ hurt.. hopefully my weight will move again soon.. its beenm 3 weeks now :( hope everyone is doing good <3

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 168 - yay i did good today.. Bf i had a banana .. lunch i had a huge bowl of steamed brocolli and carrots, with about 1/2 cup of teriaki chicken (a very heathly kind) (200 cals) then i had a plum for snack. then for dinner i had french toast on whole grain bread with a lil bit of syrup and a banana about (500 cals.) Im under cals i know but im full and if i get hungry i'll just eat some carrot sticks.. :) goood luck everyoneeeeeee <3

Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:161.5 g:160 - Ok..so how did i do so far? Breakfast: Organic pumpkin granola bar (160 calories). Lunch: Chicken and rice soup with baked rice crackers (210 calories). Snack: Banana, 4 cucumber slices, and some more baked rice crackers (100 w/o counting the banana). Treat of the day: 8 oz. of homemade hot cocoa (made with soy milk and homemade mix...150 calories). For dinner i'm going to have this chicken thing with baked chicken, yellow and red peppers, tomatoes, onion, and mushrooms so that should be good. I also did 45 minutes of various activities in gym (jump roping, rock climbing, sit ups, etc.) and 45 minutes playing in the snow. Did i do ok? And do you think i could lose 20ish more pounds by the beginning of June if i keep this up everyday?? Thanks!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 168 - So far so good today.. bf i had a regular rice cake with peanut butter on it and then a apple rice cake. (150 ish) then for lunch i had 2 regular rice cakes with cheese and ham. (about 210 prob less im just guessing.) and a plum. im on my second thing of water and its 1:11 right now. Hopefully i'll do good the rest of the day. good luck today everyone!
