Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207 - Hey guys, I need your help with something. I got on the chat last night and this guy came on (his name is steven, 18) and he started pming me right away, and asked my asl, and then asked my stats, and I didn't tell him how much I weigh, cause I don't like to tell guys that, and he said he liked big girls. Then he wanted to see a pic of me, so I linked him the pic of me, and he was like you are beautiful, and he asked my AIM screen name, so I gave it to him. And then I got on later and we were talking, and he kept on telling me that I was pretty and stuff, and we have alot in common, but I was just wondering if I should be suspicous cause I don't know if he's an insane psycho freak 40 year old and what not, so what should I do, should I be worried or is it ok????

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 192 - I lost 35 pounds since I started my diet for anyone who wants to know here how I did it: I ate 12-14 meals a day. But each 'meal' was only 80-120 calories. Meal 1:Glass of Milk Meal 2: 1/2 cup trail mix etc....

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 180 - hey everyone ive lost like 17 pounds now..i weigh 162 now but im doing it in all of the wrong ways and i know that...its cuz i got a job ..and all i do is walk and not eat ..i wish i could eat but i never have time im lucky if i get in 1 meal a day..yep..i know its not good what else shud i do? =(

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish? - Hey everyone, so far today I ate......Breakfast : 2 bluebarry pancakes, a piece of ham and a small piece of french toast. Lunch : A little bit of tuna on a piece of white bread w/ half piece of cheese. Dinner : I'll have oatmeal. I went out for breakfast w/ my mom today after I bought some more new clothes so I wasen't not gonna eat. I'm maintaing my weight. And so far today I worked out for 30 min and burnt 300 calories. I'm gonna work out about 20 min more today and do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So I'll burn my breakfast off lol. How did I do?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 208 - Well, I am back from vacation, and I gained about a pound and a half and last week I gained a pound and a half also. So I have gained like 5 pounds back of my 15 that I had lost. But now I am really motivated, and I HAVE to get down at least to 150 by my senior prom which is in May, but I would like to get down to 135 by then. My family goes out to eat ALOT so I am planning on when we go out to eat to eat half of what I order and save the rest for another time, or let somebody else eat my leftovers. And especially for this month only eat a little bit of sweets on Saturdays ONLY. When I am at home, I am gonna try to eat as healthy as possible, which reminds me, while I was on vacation, I discovered that I now like salads...YAY, finally!!! As for exercise I am gonna try to go for a 15 minute walk every day and do... Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185 - I am so happy. I have now lost 37 pounds. I am going the mall tomoroow cause all my clothes now falls off. I especially lot weight around my legs stomach and arms but still have a big butt and fat hips. Any way, I havent weighed this much since I was 10. yeay!!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 176 - Help i cant get back on track i gained 2 pounds this week :(. I do well during the morning and afternoon but when i get home from school i just munch out and it all just keeps goin downhill from there and i need motivation to do at least and hours worth of working out.
