Ht. .., Wt. .. - okay so today, i eat: 1 banana, healthy choice dinner (290cal.) and a bowl of cereal...I think it sounds pretty good, I use to only eat 1200 calories a day but just eating when ur hungry is working out for me much better.(it doesnt stress me out as much). what do u guys think?? I'm gettig tired....haha...

I just did it and i'm not sweating as much. its getting easier. thats good right? i have a question. at my school, they serve low fat chocolate and regular milk. is that still bad. should i just stick with the water? please respond

Ht. ?, Wt. 20 from goal - i just wanted to say. to loose weight fast u guys have it compltely rigtht. but if u slip up of ur 1300 cal diet or w/e dont beat urself up- u have to realize that eating up to 2500 cals (for most peopel) WONT MAKE U GAIN. but wont help u loose weight the fastest. fastest being key. i just watched the biggest loser and one girl cried when eating out with her friends cuz the food was forbidden". and fried. so im just saying. dont worry about the occasional slip ups there probly better than what u ate before. and if they arent, and your seriously ovbereating then maybe u can worry. so good luck to everyone yuor all inspirign to me :). take care.

I am overweight especially in my legs they are sooo fat. yesterday we went shopping and i couldnt fit into my regular size. i got home and i weighted my sel. i was 3 poumds more. the thing is i have been trying to loose weight for so long but i always give up. does anybody have any good exercises that will help me loose weight in my legs inside part. i also have some belly that hangs over the blue jean. Help!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 ish I think? - Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been online my computer was down. Anyway I work out 50 min a day now and burn 500 calories now matter what. Sometimes on weekends if I'm really into working out I burn 1000 calories. Last weekend I burnt 1150 calories in one day. I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast (Home made) 150 cals. Lunch I have a salad and Dinner anything I want but it's norm more oatmeal cause I LOVE IT or its something my mom makes. Anyway I didn't gain any weight at thanksgiving matter of fact I lost!! I must have I lost 2 inches in my waist in a week!! I'm so happy!!! I'm going shopping Friday for new clothes and I'm an 11 in juniors pants finally and a M - L in juniors shirts!!! I'm gonna go down to a 9 in juniors pants then I'm gonna stop cause I'll be a medium in shirts and such. But anyway I was away from the site for a week and lost. It's kinda strange but I think it's b/c I wasen't always online. Well good luck everyone!!!

S:135 N:117 G:110 - ok, so i am oficially confused. my dad told me that i look good, but i could lose about 15 or 20 more lbs. my momsaid i look good and i could lose about 7 to ten more lbs. yet my grandma and aunt both said that i dont need to lose n e more weight! its so confusing, and i want to lose weight, i just dont know how much. i mean i dont want to look like my friends, but my biggest friend weighs 112 and is 5'8! so they are extremely skinny, and i feel very heavy around them. i dont know! how do you determine small boned and big boned and stuff like that?

Start : 171 Now :166 - ahh my first day of track was today. lets just say it was an easy day and my legs are sore. ugh. i didnt walk at all though, so im happy. anyway, first we ran 3/4 of a mile to warm up, stretched, then did strides for a little bit (where you jog then sprint then slow down to a jog on the straightaway of teh track) then we did plyos (high knees, these skippy things, butt kicks and more).. and i was totally fine with that, but then.. ughh.. we did in and out where on the track (which is 1/4 mile) you have to jog the curves and sprint the straight-a-way. and the straightaway is muuchh onger then the curves lol. and we had to do 2 laps of that which was another half a mile.. but anyway, i didnt walk but i had to jog wicked slow and my sprint was more of a regular jog because my legs were soar from...
