Ht. 5'7, Wt. 375 - Ok, so today I think I did really good on eating not to much. Only one thing though- I still didnt manage to get in any sort of exercise. Its just so hard, I know what to do I just can't make myself get up and do it. Any tips to just get up and get going....like what makes you guys just go when you really dont feel like it? Thanx

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 160 - i kinda didn't do so well today lol.. ummmmm so i had oatmeal for bf and waterr. then i had left over piizza for dinner (it was no sause and veggie but still..)and then i ate ice cream and a couple wheat thins... blah. for dinner i had a lil bit of trader joes white shell mac n cheese and a baked potato with cheese.. i did pretty bad but oh well.. im gonna go to the gym for an hour then come home and do my 400 sit ups.. hopefully i didn't do too bad.

Ht. 5' 8'', Wt. 180 - my mom said to me today, "Hey Rachel, have you lost weight?" i'm like, DUR! i mean all my pants are too big! I was sitting on the table and she poked me on the stommach and said that. all my friends are saying wow, you've lost weight! It's kinda getting anoying!

Start : 171 Now :166 - ok so howd i do today: brek: kashi bar lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, an apple, 100 calorie pack snack: didnt have one beacause of track and dinner:tacos, but made of turkey so there not as bad for you.. and excersice : wow sorry if this is long lol so i had track for 2 hours.. we did 3/4 mile warm up, then plyos, then plyos over cones, then 18 pushups, 50 crunches in the middle, 50 crunches on each side. then we jogged about 1/4 of a mile to this hill that we had to sprint up. we did that 6 times. oh and ill probably have low fat ice cream for dessert to, since i didnt have nearly enough calories today

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - today i did pretty good...for breakfast i had 1 bowl of south beach cereal with skim milk, for lunch i had an instant breakfast drink thing by carnation, & for dinner i had healthy choice soup & a few saltine crackers (low sodium ones)...i also drank alot of water..my goal is to get down to about 128 by new years!
