Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 ish - Hey, y'all! I'm back from England! Did you miss me? ;-) Unfortunately I don't think I lost any weight on my trip. However, I have my very own English Boy! That gives me a lot of motivation for when I go to visit him in the spring! My goal is about 30 pounds by March -- too much?

I do this 3 to 5 times a week.. I actually run for more than 45 mins.. the most time i ran on a treadmill was 78 mins 27 secs... it read.. i burned 1060 calories and 334 calories fat.. WOW!! i never done this before... just today i ran for 74mins burning about 1003 calories and 313fat calories... well not only i run, after treadmill i also Do wiehgts not so much just for 15mins just to maintainmy body.... then i rest for 3 hours or less then i ride my bicycle or i walk outside... This is all in one day... and i do it 5 times a week....I do both aerobic and aenerobic exercise.. After i work i dont eat after 1 hour or 2...sometimes i get hungry all the time after i exercise for lont hours...well on food???? I actually cut down on it...i drink water about little less than a gallon..(3/4gal.)every day.... Im still in progreess and still few 15+punds over wiehgt...i need to work harder.. my goal is 145 or little bit less about 135 is fine for me.. WEll just remember the less weight you have the harder to burn it...must work hard... Well, that's it told my whole execise plan...... Ht. 5', Wt. 184 - hey, when me and my squad went to cheering camp, me got measured for our uniforms. they dont make one big enough for me. the top ends right at the top of my ribs, and the skirt starts at my bellybutton and ends right below my butt. my belly sticks out and pooches over the top. the coach told me that i either had to lose a lot of weight, or they wouldnt allow me to cheer. im out for the season with a knee injury. and now i wont be able to exercise at all! help me!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 255 - MY friend lost 110 pounds on a veggie diet i try it for Two hours guess i was not ready i am now about to try this new diet 6 week body make over my friend has the kit so i dont have to pay for it i get to eat every two hours. and excirse twice a week she lost nearly 22 pounds the first week cause the weight just melts off. Ht. 5'3, Wt. 168 lbs - Hello, my name is Ashlynn, and I was wondering if any of you could help me. You see I have been eating healthy for a while now and it has been working with loosing the lbs. But the inches just stay there. I have been doing crunches but that does not seam o work? It just makes my mid section littler but my lower abs are just the same. Start : 171 Now :166 - Indoor Track starts for me tomorrow. ahh im soo soo soo excited. im gonna really start eating healthy to. that will be 2 hours of excersice, 6 days a week!! ahh im so excited, its gonna be so much fun!! im gonna be pretty bad at first, im not much of a runner, but its ok. i think itll help me lose weight or atleast lose fat and gain muscle. does anyone else to track that could give me any adivce, or tell me how far you usually run etc.?

That made me realize I really have to get my self in check and get serious. You gotta learn to be strong and confident, when you're confident you can accomplish anything! I've lost 147 pounds, without diet pills, starving myself or surgery. I workout 5 days a week for about a hour a day. I eat moderately, I don't deprive myself of the foods I love, i'm not going to do that. I couldn't imagine living the rest of my life on a diet, it's just not healthy! You gotta remember, when you go on a diet, it's just a quick fix but when you eat moderately and healthfully it will last forever. When I look at old pictures of myself, I don't look like the same person, it's so shameful to know I made my body that way. If I didn't have her I don't know where I'd be.
