Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish? - Hey everyone! Today was a awesome day!! I went shopping and got a pair of 13 juniors jeans and two size L shirts at Kohl's then I went to areopostale and got a pair of 11/12 jeans and two L shirts. All juiors sizes. I'm so happy I'm finally getting new clothes. Since I'm at a size I like for now my mom is giving me money to by clothes every chance she can. I hope everyone else is making there goals! Good luck everyone! By the way today I ate ... Breakfast - Homemade oatmeal (150 cals), Lunch - Chicken w/ rice (300 - 400 cals?) snack - Small root bear float , dinner - homemade oatmeal (150 cals).. yes I know the root beat float wasen't good for me but it was a small not a M or L so it was ok. Gotta treat yourself once in a while lol. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish? - Hey everyone! I finally reached my goal of 11 in juniors! I'm stoppin dieting for a while. Or should I say not dieting so harshly. I'll still work out each night but only like for 30-40 min no more 70,80,90, or even 100 min workouts. It took me a year to lose my 60 + pounds but it's all worth it! I'm so happy with my body now. Well getting there I suppose.
How did I do today? Breakfast - Oatmeal (150 cals), Lunch - Small Garden Salad and a propel (250 cals?), Dinner - Salad and maybe some sphagetti. (didn't eat dinner yet lol) Snack - Banana and 4 lil rice cakes (130 cals) (Serving size 8, total cals - 60). I will be working out tonight for about 30 - 35 min. Doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So how did I do?

Ht. 5"2, Wt. 144 - Hey, everyone I would really really love some advice.
I'm 5'2 and almost 145 pounds so im a bit chunky. I've tried to lose weight but it's really hard for me it's like i have no will power or determination but i really dont want to be fat anymore.I have a twin sister who is like 95 pounds, a mom who is like 90 pounds and the rest of my family is also really skinny and I am the only fat one so everyone notices. My brother has been picken on me for like my whole life, he always calls me fat, fatty, fat a**, or telling me to go drink some slim fast, it's horrible dealing with this everyday and from my own family. My mom didnt make things any better for years she tried to get me to lose weight, she would come home with diet pills and give them to me, borrow exercise equpment and tell me to use it everyday, buy ... Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 160 - yay.. i did good today.. bf i had starbucks , nonfat milk and all that good ish.. theeen for lunch i had lean cusine raviolis .. i dunno if i spelled that right.. then for dinner i had subway (turkey breast on whole wheat with lettus onions bell peppers .. veggies .. mustard cheese and black pepper... and a 170 cal bad of baked doritos and then because i didn't eat enough cals today my sister made me eat some eggs with toast.. so i did.. and i drank my water and went to the gym burned about 600 cals all together i think..im gonna go do my situps and im done for the night.. :) hope everyone is doing good!

Don't wanna kno. - YAYzzz I didn't have to run the mileeeeeeee cauze everybody did it yesterday while I was absentttt! :P Anywayz, I didn't eat breakfast and for lunch I ate a peanut butter sandwhich and a small apple and after school I had some doritos then for dinner I had lasagna.... I didn't do well.... In PE we did fitness testing sit and reach I got a 17 and sit-upss I did 25 and push-ups I did 6 haha I tried.. and then after that we were runninggg... How did I do.. Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 131 - Hey guys!! I lost 3 lbs this week. Heres what I've been eating and doing if you want some advice! For breakfast I usually had a bowl of cereal with skim milk. I'd say thats around (300) calories. For lunch I would have tuna on wheat bread (400), 3 small cookies (200), and a water! For snack when I got home from school, I would eat two 100 calorie packs (200). And for dinner I would eat what my mom made. So it was soup, or chicken or something healthy like that. Id say around (500) cals for dinner. I went to the gym pretty much every night and useed the cross trainer thingy for 40 mins! Neways, good luck guys.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 189 - i did great during the summer because i joined swim team and i rode my bike the mile there and back every day except weekends. i started at 174 and got down to 160 by then end of the summer. i live in california so its not usually very cold but i still wear pants and i hadnt wore pants since may n now yesterday i just put on a pair of pants for school that i wore that were actuaslly kinda loose but now they are so tight my chub hangs over the top and i can get the button in if i really suck in but the zipper doesnt go all teh way so my chub pops out there kind of too. i have to wear long shirts too to hide the zipper fat bubble. i had to wear those pants to skool tho cuz i was late n i had a shirt that barely covered the fat bubble n i forgot about it n i raised my hand during math and a kid goes really loud "... Ht. 5"0, Wt. at school now! - EAZEE BREZEE: eat w/e for breakfast, carry/drink water all day, w/e for lunch {try to avoid pastas}, then after school you walk the track, half mile or mile, then eat dinner, do not eat past six unless you feel like puke, when dinner is done walk a lap around the neighborhood! If you do not live somewhere like that just dance! See with this diet you dont have to cut out any foods {except pasta}!
