Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 168 - im still doing good..but i think im going to be undercalories for the day. So far bf i had a regular rice cake with peanut butter on it and then a apple rice cake. (150 ish) then for lunch i had 2 regular rice cakes with cheese and ham. (about 210 prob less im just guessing.) and a plum. and then i had a blueberry snackbar 150 cals and some carrots. were have subs for dinner so i guess i'll just eat like half and eat some veggies with it. Im gonna do 30 minutes of cardio and some pilates when it gets cooler too..

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish? - Hey everyone, How did I do today?? Breakfast : Oatmeal (150 cals) Lunch : Small chicken salad, fat free dressing and a propel (200 cals?) dinner : Grilled Chicken salad, diet root bear and a small cookie (500 cals?) Snack - Oatmeal (150 cals) for a total of : 1000 cals today. I worked out 40 min and burnt 400 cals. Plus lettuce is neg cals. and since I worked out 30 + min today my metabolism will burn 13 extra hours. I will probably do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups yet tonight. So how did I do?

Well i have actually found a so called life change that will work for me i have been posting about the 6-week body make over and i was wonder if u quix ( that u can take on 6 week body make over,com and then go to blueprint something about a quiz and u take the quiz and if it says u r an A the i want us to be on this diet together we get to eat every two hours and barley excirse plus we can have certain drinks like diet soda the most a person has lost in a week on this plan is 22 pounds belivie if u want. this program costs money if u buy it but my friend already bought and done it and went from a size 28 womens to a size 6 in a lil over a year. so if u would like to know more and u dont have to buy nothing because she already has it so if u would like to know more or be my buddy or if u cant understand email me at nealiegirl15@yahoo.com

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 185 now 168 - Okay so i did wayyyyyyyyyyy bad yesterday but i was working allll day (were re doing our house) and i was running up and down stairs all day and lifting sh!t and all that fun stuff so i dont feel too bad. Today were doing the same stuff and i did pretty bad on the food intake again eek i had a lil bit of smart start and a soft bakes snack bar then i had veggies and chicken then i had another snack bar thing then i had a piece of left over pizza and now im drinking starbucks.. ugh but its hot and ivbe been working like non stop so whatever.. anyways what i actually came on here for was to say that the chocolate crunch rice cakes are soooo goood .. they have only 60 cals in one cake and they get rid of chocolate cravings without giving you like 300 calories lol.. but yeah they are way good.. there by quaker oats.. mmm good stuff.. okay my break time is overr good luck everyone!<3

Ht. 5'6/5'7, Wt. 159 - For all you who usually jog and are discouraged about the snow being there... dont be you can actually use this to your ability. Get some warm clothes on. snow boots..a jacket..some gloves. And go play in the snow!! i know for one. building igloos will burn major calories.. but make sure it is big enough so u can get on your knees and stand up. and if u dont know how to make an igloo..take a shuvle make a big mound (pack the snow down every once in a while) then hollow out the inside. <-- thats the easy way to make an igloo :) and its fun too
