Sure, you have to go to the bathroom more often, but it's healthier. Water also keeps you fuller. Also, it's not just water. You need to eat enough so that you keep your blood-sugar level up. HAVE SNACKS THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!!! FRUIT!!!!!! VEGGIES!!!!! SOMETHING HEALTHY!!!!! Please remember -- you don't want to wind up in the ER like I did. Also, I noticed something. My house doesn't have sweets in it right now. I haven't asked my dad to buy more, either, and here's why: I have noticed that I do get a craving for sweets often. However, when I find that there are no sweets in the house, I satisfy that craving with something sweeet but healthy, like apples or grapes or a fruit cup with cottage cheese (by the way, that is a VERY good snack!). If you get rid of what you shouldn't have, then you can't have it as often and I have found that I look a lot thinner already! So, good luck to everyone, and remember, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, EAT SNACKS, AND GET LOTS OF SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (view less)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 180 - Hi my name is Nikole I'm 17 and I am 5'4" and weigh about 180. I have never weighed this much before and I need some help in learning how I can lose about 30lbs. See I just moved from Oklahoma to Texas and I rode horses and was always doin something in Okla. now that I have moved here to Texas there isn't much for me to do and I have been really depressed. It is to the point now where I cant stand myself because I have gottin so much bigger then I used to be and its like I cant stop myself. So I just need someone to talk to that has been or is going through the same kinda things and is needing someone to talk to, too. I have tryed to just stop eating and drink nothing but water but that only lasts about two or three days and then I am starving so then I over eat. Ht. 5;5, Wt. 147 - Ok heres the stuff that's going on with me. Alright. I'm a very active person. I'm out for basketball and I was out for volleyball when it was that time of year. But Everybody is like stay active and eat right. Well I am relaly really active and I just can't seem to lose the weight. People say that running will speed up your metabolism. Well I run every fricken day for baskeball and we run alot. But I still can't and am not losing weight. And I eat pretty good too. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do w/ myself. Or am I just ugnna have to stick with the way I am for the rest of my life. Which i dont' want to do but nothing is working and it's not like I sit on my ass all day! Please...anything...

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish? - Hey everyone, I'm now happy with my size. I'm a size 12/13 in juniors. How many times a week do u suggest I work out to maintain my weight? I work out for 25 - 35 min now not 50 min cause I don't want to lose anymore I'm happy with my body. My mom said 3 times a week would be good, so did my eating counseler. How does 3 times a week sound?

Ht. 6 foot, Wt. 235 - hi, im steven, i need a weight loss plan, im 6 foot and 235 lbs, and all the weight is mainly in my gut, according to my tailor for my homecomming suit, my stomache is 47 inches all around and im in dire need of a way to lose weight. my cousin got those stacker 3 diet pills, and he lost 75 lbs (i come from a big family) but hes 19. im only 15 and i dont no if the pills will work on me or if their too dangerous cuz u should b 18 or older to use the pills. reply please!
