Ht. 5'6", Wt. 187.6 - 5.4 lbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!in about two weeks. all i did was start eating healthier(but still letting myself have desserts) and i didn't count calories hardcore but i kept a general idea of how many i consumed. i also know that eating late at night is my weak point so i try to stop eating by 6- but usually i just eat a lot less after 6. like last night i had a cheese stick while watching tv. oh man- i haven't even been exersizing(which i will when i go home after finals)! this rocks! i still have like 57-58lbs to go- but by the time i come home from break (6 weeks long) i want to have less than 50lbs to lose. how's everyone else?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - hey guys omg my method is working i have lost 4 pounds in a week its really working for me i hope it helps u guys morning *kellogs special k strawberry cereal and milk (soooo good) lunch *arizona tea with peach flavoring (omg its sooo good im not kidding instead of drinking water cause i hate it i drink this and its sooo good..and 0 calories!) dinner *arizona tea and little 2 100 calorie little snack packs... in total this is 1000* calories which is what u need to eat to lose weight so it doesnt come back...i love you guys omg its really working...and theres a really good tasting water from dasani and it has lemon and raspberry flavoring and the lemon tastes like sprite...i love it! i hope it help any of u...if u decide to do this please comment so i know im actually helping someone! lol ok byee omg dance, dance by F.O.B is the best i just think its awesome

Ht. 5'1'', Wt. ... - Ok ermm, I have this problem. You see I've tried very hard to keep my body, well, in shape, and it's finally coming around but you know people usually just check their weight, I think different, I think when you finally get to the place where you're satisfied with your weight or almost, you have to pay attention to your body parts. Like, oh I'm too fat here or too fat there, in my case, it's my butt, and thighs, any tips on how to get them toned? I can't count calories, I don't even know what they are, so don't tell me anything about food, just the do-it-yourself simple stuff. Help please?!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130 - AHH!!! I just checked the scale and at only five foot three inches I'm pushing 130 pounds! Someone please give me some suggestions. I've been battling with my weight since I was in 2nd Grade and I really just want to get to where I'm comfortable with my body. I was at 125 in the summer and got down to 120 but lately I've been feeling sick and lazy and apparently I've gained about 10 pounds! Please someone help me! I know that I have to eat right and exercise but does someone know a website or something that tells me healthy things to eat?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:159.5 g:160 - OK guys..well right now, i've decided to go by food groups instead of calories. I'm going to list everything that i've eaten today, and i know it may seem like alot, but i had small portions of each...-Ganola bar (2 servings of protein, 2 of grain) -Frozen dinner (2 of grain, 2 of fat) -1/4 cup of applesauce *not sugar free so i just had a little* (1 fruit), -Healthy choice chicken (1 protein). Totals: Grain=4/6.5, Fruit=1/3, Vege=0/4, Dairy=0/2.5, Fat=2/6. Its set up so that it goes the number i've had today out of the number that is reccomended. I got the information from the September issue of self. For dinner i'm going to try and get more fruits, veggies, and a little dairy cuz im lactose intolerent and its hard to get lactose-free dairy in. Good luck everyone! x*Celeste*x

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 135 - ok well i dont think im fat per say, but im chubby. i just really want to weigh in the 120's, like 125. somehow i can never seem to stick to a diet and i really want to. im thinking about eating grapefruit or a banana for breakfast, healthy sandwiches for lunch, and a moderate dinner without a lot of starch. and a snack in between lunch and dinner. i was also planning on walking on the tredmill for 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week, and drinking lots of water. i also want to do ab and arm pilates every other day. any tips on how to get motivation to do this? i want to loose like 10 pounds before the 13th of january
