hey everyone!!! I wanted to congratulate everybody who has lost weight. i think losing wieght is the hardest thing to do specially when you're going through tough times. anyways, im 5 ft 2 and i weigh 173 pounds. i know what youre thinking "wow thats huge" and yeah youre right it is. Well ive decided to get off my ass today, right now, not tomorrow, NOW!! and take control of my life. I will holla back when i reach my goal of 110 pounds! WISH ME LUCK!!!

If you want to lose weight quickly it is a must to stay away from animal products. There are two reasons why you have to abstain from animal food if you want to slim down fast:
The energy animal foods contain consists of proteins. Proteins take a longer time to digest and are burnt in a different, more cumbersome way than fruits and vegetables. Burning proteins is a body polluting process so it will not contribute to a healthy functioning of the cells.

what if i work out first thing in the morning? then do i not need breakfast since i already got a metabolism boost:? if i work out and then dont eat til lunch and hten just have a lunch and dinner of 500 cals each then a 200 cal snack that is 1200 cals. Good or baD"? if it works y not?!

headache. EWK i had a mcdonalds. And we had a coupon so i got an extra chicken mcsandwhich. So i had 2 chicken mc sandwhiches and a strawberry milksahek. Do you know how long it takes to get rid of it? AGES

I have a question. When they say drink 8 glasses of water a day, and they say glasses, a glass is anything you pull out of your cabinet it could be huge or really little. Do they mean 8 CUPS of water a day like real cups that u can measure with?

hey guys is it possibl to lose 20-30 pounds in one month last summer i lost 40 pounds in two months and i want to lose another 25-30 pounds in one month do you guys think it is possible with lots of exercise and eating right?

hi everyone, im sure no one remembers me, but I used to post on here a few years ago. Back then I was 13, and I weighed about 180, now I weigh 142 (as of 5 seconds ago) and im 5'7", I wear a size 8 (sometiems 6) in womens and about a 9 in juniors. People complement me on how great I look, and how i've lost weight, but im not sure if its good enough for me. I wish that I could fit into a 7 and have NO LOVE HANDLES sticking out (trust me , i do) but then I think, once I get to a size 7, will I want to be a 5? Sometimes ill look in the mirror and think "im pretty skinny now" but other times, I still see myself as fat. I just dont want to be that fat girl anymore. I dont know if I should continue to work at it, or just kinda do regular daily exercaises, and continue to eat less, hoping ill stay the same size. I need advice

alright guys im starting mi diet on monday, i cant wait, ive posted a lot of things up here.. so wish me luck... oh nd theres another thing that may help people gain self confidence... even if u arent losing as much weight as u want... but what i dont get is the fact the i NEVER thaught i was ugly or fat, until people told me i was, and all people want to do is degrade u, like they live for it, if the only reason u feel fat is because someone in school, or a sibling said it, well then u no what if they live for it let em die, be ur self and dont listen to other people.... f em, that was my first step in this and it was really hard not to let people get to me, but once u do it, it feels great, like even tho i havent lost any weight yet and im still 196 (i gained this weekend :( ) i dont give a dam what they think... im not doin it for them im doin for myself, for my future, there is this ... Okay I'm trying to loose 3 or 4 lbs in 4 days. If i drink 8 cups of water a day. Go on the eliptical for 30 min everyday. Eat only 3 very healthy meals a day. And rise my bike with high geer for a half hour everyday. Will I loose 3 or 4 lbs?

Does eating breakfast kickstart your metabolism? Or is it ok if I dont eat until around 3 and I wake up at 12 every morning?

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if i did bad today, i realy dont think so. This was today...breakfast- 90 calorie vanilla yogurt and a 40 calories rice cake....in between lunch...gushers(90 calories) and half of chocolate bar ( 115 calories)...Dinner- chicken salad, coup of vegatable soup and cheese bread( not sure how many calories) and chocoalte cream pie( not sure how many calories) the thing is I woke up at 12 in the afternoon so you know...but do u guys think i did good? i try to eat 1200 calores a day! Thanx ( oh and i've been eating 1200 calories a day for 2 months..i've lost 10 pounds!)
