hi everybody my name is ally i just wanna let u know that u can lose weight i can u can i used to weigh 180lb when i was thirteen i thought to my self that i wanna be skinny like all the other girls and i wanna beable to wear a bikki and go shopping i used to see all these cute cloths but i could never wear them i had to shop in plus size 1 day i made a calander on the day i wanna to diet and a day i wanted to stop and weigh my goal amount my diet consised of the follwing: in the morning a 5 mile jog with a breakfast of slim fast and a nuntreit bar then luch would be a salad with a protin shake follwed by 50 situps dinner would be corrots peas and a little peice of meat and after that 30 situps and before bed 20 situp and today im 15 years old and i weigh 119lbs if u dont beleive me i have pictures i'll send to u my e-mail address is baybgrl0105@wmconnect.com

hey...i no u guys always say...eat right, excersise..and all of tht but i need somethin else than tht...i told u guys earlier, tht i can't really do crunches, bikin, i just quit, i don't no whts wwrong with me...but seriously u would think i would be 200 pounds cuz its all flub but im only 178...actually im 179 i weighed myself today..inspire by all of u...please help

I think I will post a tip of the day so to speak if I can think of more I'll continue or unless it's a bad idea. Okay so yeah! TIP OF THE DAY: When watching t.v during commericals try running in place, doing sit-ups or push-ups. It's a great way to burn calories and tone up and you still get to watch your favorite shows. Do it with friends or family to see who can go the fastest!

I lost 4 pounds this week! I am so happy. I tried this diet that my friend told me about. For bkfst. u can eat carbs. I would eat a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, or a small turkey sandwich. Then for lunch, IF I WAS HUNGRY, I would eat salad or fruit. For dinner, I would eat a big salad with alot of stuff in it, this way it would fill me up. Just think, u can add olives, onions, tomatoes, peppers...plus protein like cheese and meat. I did this for a week. I wanted to try it out for the heck of it to see how it worked for me. It worked great. The carbs in the morning kept me filled for a while. Sometimes I didn't even need lunch. But when I did feel a little hungry in the afternoon, I would eat a small salad or some fruit. That kept me good till dinner. You guy it is possible to keep weight off after the 3 day diet!!!! I have kept it off for about a week now because i continue to eat healthy as long as you eat halthy like lots of salads you will keep it off!!
