ok i am really going to try my hardest to eat healthier and exersize more..today for breakfast i had one piece of wheat bread/ peanut butter and a glass of OJ. yesterday idk if u know what this is. but in seventeen magazine every issue theres a fold out page of exersizes . in the new isssue there were exersizes that if u do 3 times a week " you'll get a hotter body" does it work? i did it yesterday n i did feel it. i just want ur opinions..then at commericials of my t.v. i did 25 situps..so i prob did like 200 situps..if i do that a lot and eat good. along with running will ii be on my way to a hotter body. p.s- wht should i eat for lunch? please let me know

ok heres the breakdown of my day breakfast: one piece of toasted wheat bread with peanutbutter- class of oj lunch- tuna sandwich w/ 1 tbsp of light mayonasse & cut up celery w/ a packet of yogurt then i went to my friends house and we did leg, abs, and arm exersizes..then we did her moms workout thing that concentrated on arms, back. and legs dinner- popcorn fish w/ fries. then i just got back from running 3 miles :D im sooo happy!! but idk bout my dinner..=/

Ughhhh the family is driving me absolutely insane!!! Anyone else have siblings who seem to never do anything wrong but yet you're always wrong?!?!?! Well anyways they got me so mad that they got me off my but and I ran/walked like 3 miles and then biked another 3 after that. A month till my vacation and 13 more pounds to go!!!! Going to try go and not eat out of anger now!!!! Goodluck to everyone

oh yeah i have a GREAT tip it works wonders! if you like to read a lot lay on your back when you read and get a dumbell i have a five pound one right now but im upgrading to ten and place the weight on your stomach and then flex your muscles in your stomach as you read and after your done reading relax your muscles and take it off its easy and it gives great results especially if you want a toned stomach!

today i started out GREAT!! iate small things every hour whether it was an apple or some carrots or just a handful of cereal but then at five it was dinner time my dad brought home JUNK FOOD which wasnt that bad because i added up the amount of calories and realized if iate a small serving i would still be in my calorie range but then i went babysitting and the kidswanted cookies and i had the biggest craving for them ALL DAY and i binged badly also i didnt do any excersize today because im unable to do any thing that impacts my knee and i know i know i say that so much but it affects me a lot ! all i can do are crunches and how fun are they after the 1,000 one? lol well if you have any advice please please reply!

TIP OF THE DAY: (I want to try and do one everyday or have someone perhaps maybe don't know it's something different then the monotonus of i ate so much or i need to lose or how did i do today...etc.) WHEN DIETING AND YOU SCREW UP AND FEEL LIKE A FAILURE MAKE A PRO LIST OF HOW FAR YOU COME EXAMPLE; PRO-I CAN RUN A ?:?? For me, it helps when I post what I eat and how much I exercise during the day. B:oatmeal + apple L:shrimp and guacomole on brown rice D: a few ribs, fish, veggies S: big bowl of cherries. Exercise: 15 minutes of walking, 15 minutes of hula hooping. How's everybody else doing? ^.^ Karine ^.^
