hey guys i think im starting to do good.Today i worked out with the abs workout video thing on on demand, i think its helping because my stomach has been hurtin a little bit the next day wen ii wake uhp or something.I guess that means its working but i needa scale s0o i can see what im loosing. . how much do u think is a scale?

OMG i weigh like 165 and ok today is july 3rd i need ta lose 30 lbs by AUGUST 18th because ya kno im goin into 8th grade and i dont want ppl making fun of me and i hate hate hate hate vegetables were gettin an ab lounge chair tho but i dont really kno if that'll work has anyone ever tried it??? also someone pleaseee help me i really wanna lose 30 lbs before school starts again! :-(

Thanks to those who replied to my posts! To answer some questions: hula hooping doesn't burn ALOT of calories like running, but I do it for a long time and it speeds up my metabolism. I go the bathroom immediately after, haha. It helps tone my waist too. Today was another good day. B: ham on rye bread, apple. L: shrimp guacamole salad. S: cheese string. D: veggies, chicken, fish. S: cherries. Exercise: 2 miles, and 30 minutes hula hooping. ^.^ Karine^.^

Okay im 170 i ate alot of junk food these past few dayz i am going to start over tomorrow and hopefully loose as much as i can i want to get down to 120 at the least any tips.. p.s zack kailyn tyler danielle otherz who wanted me banned i got banned for your stupid little thing.

Hihi everyone! I got a tip somewhere that a regular sport can help quite alot in losing weight, I'm now considering on which I should choose to learn, underwater ballet or rhythmic gymnastics, take your pick and tell me why ok? It'd help alot! THX so much!

Ht. 6'2", Wt. 270 - Well for starters I know that I'm over weight, I know that diet and exercise play a key part in loosing weight..I know, I know, I know...I don't drink pops instead I drink sweet tea, but my problem is my motivation. I know to be a pilot (which i meet all requirements except for weight) in the Air Force I have to get down to 190 pounds. Only thing is I can't movtivate myself to do it. I mean I want to I'm just not good at that kind of motivation. Really all I need are ways to be more motivated about loosing weight.

Hey...does anyone know what the best exercise is? Lately I have been doing different ones, but don't know which one is best! I exercise on my exercising machine a lot, go biking, jogging, do sit-ups, & I am going to swim! I also was wondering, how many meals a day should I have...because sometimes I cut down a meal! I really need a way to make myself full too...I never know when to stop when I start! I hope someone can respond! :-)

TIP OF THE DAY: ( I thought maybe someone took my first tip advice don't know so I'll do it anyway i guess)WITH THE 4 OF JULY TOMMOROW THAT MEANS BBQ'S. IF YOU GO TO ONE FILL YOUR PLATE WITH FRUITS AND VEGGIES HAVE SOME FORM OF MEAT AND WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. IF YOU GO TO ONE DON'T COME STARVING YOUR MORE LIKELY TO PIG OUT AND EAT ALOT. JUST EAT LIKE YOU WOULD IN THE MORNING EVERYDAY UP UNTILL YOU GO THE BBQ AND EAT TILL YOU FEEL ALRIGHT. TRY AND TALK TO SOMEONE OR PLAY A GAME AFTER EATING TO BURN SOME OF IT OFF!
