i really want to lose weight, or at least i think i do... i dont ever stick to a diet, so i must not want it that bad, but i cry all the time... im the biggest person in my family... and my mom, dad, and older sister are always on my back to lose weight... they're all telling me to be like my YOUNGER sister!!! se lost weight and now everyone idolizes her...i set huge goals for myself, and never go through with them, and whats worse my skin is covered in stretch marks, so even if i lose the weight i want to i'll always have a reminder of how big i was, im crying right now...

yo its hatter I havent been on hur for a while but check it my b days comin up in august so I thought it would be a perfect time to excercise and loose some weight for some tight jeans anyway if anybody knows me I cant keep a goal to save my life but for some strange reason I ve been kinda layin low on food Im more pround of myself than usual but my b days not whats been buggin me Im more woried about how the new high school Im goin to this year will look like how are the seats shaped in stuff of course I think I might have worry fobia changin school anyway if you gotzs advice I could sure use it hatter out

Hey everybody my name is Desirae and i'm new here.... i was just wondering if anybody has any tips or anything about how to flatten tummies and lose weight? Hey, I've had a weight problem for 3 years. I was so close to reach my goal but then I went on a cruise and after that I started gaining my weight back. I'm only a few pounds away from where I started. I've been trying to workout and eat right. But I have 2 jobs right now so it's really hard! I really need advice on how to get back on track! I lost 4 pounds this week! I am so happy. I tried this diet that my friend told me about. For bkfst. u can eat carbs. I would eat a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, or a small turkey sandwich. Then for lunch, IF I WAS HUNGRY, I would eat salad or fruit. For dinner, I would eat a big salad with alot of stuff in it, this way it would fill me up. Just think, u can add olives, onions, tomatoes, peppers...plus protein like cheese and meat. I did this for a week. I wanted to try it out for the heck of it to see how it worked for me. It worked great. The carbs in the morning kept me filled for a while. Sometimes I didn't even need lunch. But when I did feel a little hungry in the afternoon, I would eat a small salad or some fruit. That kept me good till dinner. TIP OF THE DAY: well yesterday's wasn't a reallly good one but it might work for some people and that's my tip what might work for someone might not work for you. Were all different.

This topic is sooo confusing for me. Sit ups/crunches. Do they blast belly fat, or just grow muscle under it? Some people say it has flattened their stomach, and agrees with that, while others claim that it does nothing but make your stomach appeal more bulky because the muscle building. I just want to know which is right so i know what to do! :P

ok i am like 20 pounds from my goal and i really wanna get there to feel happyeri try to walk at least 5 times a week for 2 miles. and eatting healthy and nothing is happening... i am also doing at least 50 crunchs everyday and my problem is i am flat where my abbs are but right where they stop to my tan line (underwear line) it is like there is a inertube there that sticks out it is crazy soo if you ahve any help PLEASE poast
