ok for the last 2 weeks everyday i have been rollerblading for like 45 minutes and my legs are actually looking nice WOO!!! and i have lost 20 pounds since the start of my diet a month and a half ago! i am soo happy!!!

hey dolls here's a quick tip...if ur looking for some innexpensive work-out vidoes check goodwill, yard sales, or toher such palces. I was at goodwill and found a power 90 VHS for $2!...cheap way to keep in shape...that is if u keep up with it!!...i mena its easier than spending $50 on soem tapes when u can get em 20 times cheaper

What's up with my scale/weight? I got on it yesterday morning and it said I was 138 lbs. I was so surprised at this weight that after I ate breakfast I checked it again. Now it said 140 lbs. That would mean I gained 2 pounds from eating a bowl of cereal. That doesn't sound right. So then after I went through the day and ate dinner, I checked again that night. Now it said I was 139 lbs. What's with all the fluctuating? I don't think it's the scale because before I would check my weight I would set a weight on the scale and it was always accurate.

ok i am like 20 pounds from my goal and i really wanna get there to feel happyeri try to walk at least 5 times a week for 2 miles. and eatting healthy and nothing is happening... i am also doing at least 50 crunchs everyday and my problem is i am flat where my abbs are but right where they stop to my tan line (underwear line) it is like there is a inertube there that sticks out
it is crazy soo if you ahve any help PLEASE poast!

BREAKFAST- banana ((( 70 calories )))
LUNCH- lean pocket ((( 280 calories )))
DINNER-
of course i didnt ewat any dinner yet, but am idoing really good so far?

OMGOSH!! PLEASE EVERYONE LISTEN UP: just because we are TRYING to diet and TRYING to watch what we eat WITH portion CONTROL does NOT mean we have to give up on the love of food!! just eat SMALLER portions, like this okay: instead of eatting 4 ribs, eat 1 or 2, inetead of a big steak eat a hotdog (((((portion control)))) this doesnt mean that urgoin toa bbq uhave to sacrifice everything, JUST EAT LESSER OF UR NORMALAMOUNT AND YOUWILL NOT AT ((((ALL))))) FEEL GUILTY!!!!!!!!!! it works eat the foods you love just in moderation like high sugars really high calories and really really high fats in SMALLERPORTIONS IN MODERATION!!!! okay srry its so long i really just neededto say that , GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my aunt has been taking propelene on top of diet and exercise and its working WONDERS on her. i've been thinking of taking it, but im unsure of the age limits you know the whole "18 and older" crap any suggestions for me ya'll... since my freshman year i've gone from 284 to 240 and its taken me about 3 years for that

Hey!! i havent been in here for like ever and i have been struggling with my weight for my whole. even though it hasnt been along time, probably around 9 years,lol i know its not funny. Im bigged boned and its hard for me to lose this weight that i have. i heard that jogging for 20 minutes equals 40 minutes of brisk walking. I hate running though, but i know that its WAY better than walking for ever. I have no problem running because i was on my track team, but its so boring. I'm fine with everything, i guess, but my stomach is the problem most of all.My dad is part of the problem too. He is overweight because he stopped smoking so he takes that place with food. He buys junk food all the time and thats probably y im so overweight (about 30-40 pounds). Im trying to tell him to not buy so many junk food and if he does that he will eat it all before i find it.
