Hey is it okay to have 1000/1200 calories a day? B' cause i dont exersices usually, but im trying to eat right. Will that work? Oh and can any one give me a diet plan for a week b cause im going to be in New York for that week and I know that if i have an eating plan ill be okay and wont bindge. Plus were gonna go to Six Flags so ill be running around most of the day.

for breakfast i ate: a piece of toasted wheat bread with peanut butter
for lunch: 2 pieces of toasted light white bread with one can of tuna. 1 tbsp of light mayonsse . and one piece of celery cut up. and sum whipped yogurt
is that too much for lunch?

Does any one know how to burn fat around your hip area... this is one of my biggest problems. Oh and for the inner topish part of the thighs too? lol and i kno this sounds stupid but whats a curl up?

Hey, everyone!
I am really happy right now...
I've been doing south beach for like 12 days and I don't know how many pounds I lost (no scale :( ) but I'm down a whole dress size!!! :)
I still have a loooong way to go but I'm just really happy to have my hard work pay off.

Hey guys..im starting to kinda lose hope on losing weight..ive lost about 17 pounds but i still need to lose about 20 more (at least) and i need some encouragement..here is what i had today :(..Breakfast-Special K cereal. Lunch-Hotdog w/ ketchup, cheese filled pretzel, and a watermelon slushie. Snack-Ice cream sundae w/ nuts and a popcicle. Dinner-I had chinese (Sweet and sour chicken and 2 egg rolls) I also went to the beach and swam for a little bit and probably burned about 100 of the TON of calories i had..plez give me some encouragement!

i need some new exercise ideas, im having bad luck with outside activities. Whenever i go bikeriding i always manage to run into a butterfly or wasp and get stung and flip over, and yesterday when i was doing laps in the pool i big fat spider crawled on my hand. im really like mortified by bugs right now, so any ideas of some good aerobics videos? i already treadmill once a day, but i need another activity too

Ok.. Just got back from vacation. Tomorrow i need to get right back on my diet..I have no idea how much i gained. but i no i gained something. thats why i hate vacation. im sure some of its water weight though..since i prob,. had a LOT of sodium and not ebough water

ugh im slightly annoyed cuz i went running w/ my friend this mornin and we were supposed to go 4 miles but we only went 2 cuz we were like dying of heat-wave....it waz wayy to hot and we should hav gone eariler then 9 in the morning....but w/e im really annoyed cuz im on a cross country shculdule thing..so do i run 2 miles tonight so thats a total of 4??

I'm back from Upward Bound again. I get a 3 day 4 night break! B/c of the 4th of course! I am having so much fun. I have no clue what I weigh, but I stayed the night at one of my friends houses last night for a sleep over party and one of my best friends kept saying stuff like I'm (me) getting skinny and stuff. So happy. But, then she keeps saying stuff like she is so fat and stuff, and really it doesn't matter. and I have just really got the attitude lately that if someone doesn't like you b/c u weight more than then that they are losers. This guy at Ub, who I like, he likes everyone for who they are and stuff and he said that none of us were fat and stuff, and he is so great. AND MUSCULAR, woo hoo. lol. j/k, but ne way it was sooo much fun! Um, I hope everyone else is doing great as well, and don't listen to other people that tell u that u can't do that, b/c they are just kidding theirselves.
