GUESS WHAT!!! i just weighed myself this morning (before i ate anything) and i weight 151!!!!!!!!!!! WHEWW WHOOO!! i lost 3 pounds in one week!!! I think its cuz i have been drinking 6 bottles of water a day! YAY i'm so happy i am almost at my goal of 145!!

You need to eat more. You didn't eat any fruits or vegetables. For breakfast, feel free to eat the muffin bar, but add a piece of fruit in there. For lunch, instead of just the chicken, add some lettuce with some other vegetables and have a piece of fruit for a snack if you're still hungry. For dinner, the brown rice is good, but not too much and had some veggies and maybe some fish or chicken, something lean. Your water was okay, but you know you can do better and you will. Try to get out and excersize, take a walk around the block a few times. I don't know where you are, but the weather here is awesome to be outside. Good luck!

right now my life is complete chaos and people keep telling me to do something from my past that i used to love but it brings back bad memories i havent done it in a few years i try to do it but it hurts, im 50lbs overweight and im ashamed to say i smoke, " Hell is empty the devils are here" What do I do?

i did good then bad today but im done excellent the last few days! Today i had a naturevally granola bar (yummy) then 4 lunch lowfat ham,lettace and cheese sub and a banana then after school a banana, I had at least 6 glasses of water (less than usual) the bad part is: 4 pcs of pizza and a bowl of cinimin toast crunch. Im kinda mad at myself, but its friday!! I will just exercize ALOT tonight! Besides my bad slip up is this good?

You can lose weight for free. You guys shouldn't waste your money on expensive diet products such as Atkins, Slimfast, South Beach, etc. Those are way over-priced and you can diet for free and lose weight and KEEP IT OFF unless you change the way you've been dieting.

theres so many nice healthy things if u just chuck out all the bad stuff u have cool stuff like yoghurts (low fat) strawberrys rasberrys melon rivita bananas (hehe gwen stefani) cherrys carrots (crunchy) cuppa soups (those healthy ones) fruit salad chicken or tuna salad, some pasta not to much thought and loadsss of other stuff. WOOO IM GONNA BE HEALTHY WOOOOO
