breakfast- egg and light wheat toast. oj
lunch- turkey on wheat. grapes. baked chips
then ill probly have something after school then watever my mom cooks for dinner
exercise-- softball game and then ill do DDR for a while

hey.... i dont think i did that well today.... breakfast- cereal... lunch- veggie wrap, baked chips, cookie :-/ dinner- chicken and lays light chips, but when i got home from school i snackkkeddd..... not a huge amount but.... then i did DDR for a while with my friend.... how did i do?

hey guys, i think i did pretty good today...i need some opinions though. breakfast-granola bar, lunch-ham, 100 cal pack, snack-grapes, dinner-shrimp alfredo, toast, salad. then i had a marachino cherry. i think it adds up to like 1200. im about to go to the gym and do some cardio and i already lifted today at school! did i do okay??

Okay, so I haven't been on this site since I was in the 8th grade and now I am currently a junior. I need some advice on what kind of things that have worked for girls on losing weight. I always get frustrated and keep telling myself that I will start the diet tomorrow, but it never works out that way. I need some motivation and some advice, if you have any it will be greatly appreciated.

ugh i have problems. i usually do like really good but then theres lke, a lot of little things. and i have portion problems lol. like my atomic pasta attack today lol. oh well atleasti have been drinkiong a liot of water

I just thought that I would post my goals for this summer/fall. Presently I weigh around 176 (I will update 2morrow after WW. My goal for the last day of school (May 31, also a WW day) is 172. My goal for the end of June is 160. End of July, the low 150's. For the very 1st day of my Sohpmore year in hs?? one hundren and forty pounds! I am gonna try really hard on this!! Comment and wish me luck!

to help stop snackin after uve had ur dinner, brush ur teeth, the taste will put off cravings and u wont want 2 eat anythin cos we all no fings taste weird wen uve brushed ur teeth!

How did I do today?
I didn't have breakfast because I didnt have time I had pasta for lunch as a snack i blended some fruits together and for dinner i had chicken salad. I did 11 minutes on the exercise bike and did 50 situps. Did i do well?

hey guys. ok, so i think i did reasonablly good today but i want your opinion, breakfast- a light and fit fiber yogurt and a mini wheat bagel with a wicked thin layer of peanut butter and a bottle of water. lunch- half a sandwich with sorta a lot of turkey, a pria bar, and some veggies (broccoli, carrots and green peppers)and a water bottle. snack i had a water bottle, then later i had another water bottle and some baked chips (there actually fine for you, only 75 cals, no fat, no sugar and theres not like bad ingredients either)...im just about to go do tae bo for like 45 min. to an hour, and i already walked like 1/2 mile (cuz i hadda babysit lol) but yeah howd i do??

ok well heres how i did 2day: bfast-bowl of cocopops wiv semi-skimmed milk (i no cocopops may seem bad 4 u but i figured cos ther 4 breakfast nd ur supposed 2 eat more calories at breakfast they woodnt do any harm, lunch- tuna mayo salad roll nd an ice pole, tea- bbq (i aint goin 2 have anything wiv a sauce on it just plaine chicken drumstick or sumhin) nd salad. is tht ok?? oh nd als i actually bn doin any extra exercise except from 2 periods ov p.e at skool a week but i dtill lost weight last week so hows tht? im goni take my dog for a walk 4 lyk 30 mins 2nite after tea tho. plz reply xx
