I was Just wondering what are your guys biggest problem areas of your body? Mine are: stomach, and theighs, nothign elses i have some fat on my hips NONE on my butt..lol, I was just wondering what yours where?

ugh. i didnt wicked good today so far but then i had some gelato. oh well, its not to bad. less fat and such then regular ice cream. i wont have dessert or anythng to night though. it probably wasnt to awful

well..this weekend was not good for me with all the graduations i had to go to!!! they are so fun..but too much food! lol. school is not helping with my eating at all, cuz i cant count the calories in their food, i know someone is going to say, "pack your own lunch", but i tried it and i just end up buying more junk at this 'a la carte' thing we have so yeah. But, school is almost over. ONLY ONE MORE WEEK! im so excited. no more of the same annoying people! :) also now i can really jump into my weightloss because ill have time to exercise and ill be to busy working to over eat! this summer im hoping to lose 20-30 pounds! i hope i can do it! i live out in the country, so i cant run on the sidewalks, but i plan to jog outside on the dirt road, since the roads are in one mile increments. Then Ill know how far ive ran. Also Im starting this 8 week running program that trains you to run 2 miles! im exctied. well this is plenty long so c ya! good luck to everyone else!!.

Hey everyone hows everyones diet going for them mine could be better i just need some advice my problem areas are my butt, and my legs also my hips. Running doesnt do anything for my butt for some reason ...and i am at a loss for things to do to tone this areas up any suggestions would be great also im having problems with my left knee so i have to go to the orthopedic doctor thursday to check on my torn cartlige. right now what i have been doing is swimming for the past two days and then crunches ...please help

Hey, i'm 15 and i weigh right now about 175 lbs at 5'1. i had to go through a really diffucult divocre aroudn 7 grade which lead my kinda chubby body to ballon out becaus ei ate whenever i was unhappy. i joined my school soccer teamn ths spring which lead me to go from 185 to 175 but i want to lose more and get down to 115 before my sweet 16 and my junior year begins. Ive been reading post of all you guys and its actualyl really insirping an di hope anyone who has advice for me can help me.. i love carbs and snack food lol but i want to lose weight so bad so my family can stop makign comments and i wont get thso rude remarks from ppl at school. I wasnt to look terrffic for this year homecoming so please anyone who can give me adviceplease do..

hey guys. i did really bad for lik the past week and im just starting over. so did i do good today? breakfast-granola bar, lunch-scrambled eggs, sausage pattie, snack-grapes, dinner-(kinda big) chicken and shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. did i do okay? all i drank was water. in all today i ran about 5 miles and i rode my bike for like 10 mins. did i do okay??

ok, this is my third time posting in a row, so i feel kinda weird. no one is posting today!! anyway, for lunch i had 1/2 a tuna sandwich and some carrot sticks and brocoli plus im gonna have some water. and in like 3 hours im gonna have a snack either a yogurt or a pria bar.

lost 1.2 the first week of weight watchers... i havent been doin my absolute best this past day or 2 but im gonna try 100 % the rest of the week... and i just bought dance dance revolution. its supposed to be great exercise

ok, for breakfast i had a veggie sausage pattie (like not real meat lol) and an egg on a wheat basgel. is this ok? it was only like 270 cals and uhhh like 7 grams of fat, so i think i did ok.
