I started Winsor Pilates yesturday. It was really really hard! I did the abs video and 2day I am gonna do the bun and thigh one. Then, on sat. I am gonna do the fat burning one. This summer I am gonna be at a program called Upward Bound and we have 2 stay at our college for like 6 weeks. So I am gonna do winsor pilates like 2 times a week. But, we will be exercising there and I am gonna watch what I eat. Has anyone ever done winsor pilates? If you have, how much weight/inches did u lose? Thanks

hey guys i was just thinking to help people we should write the health product we eat...like desserts and stuff that arent that bad for you to help people get threough it better.. i personally suggst skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (ooomg, they have he creamiest ice cream i have ever tasted and it is soo soo good, only 140 cals. and barely any fat) And pria bars, which are like snack bars in the health food aisle..anybody else have any good foods they like:

You guys, in 2 days, I lost 5 pounds. I got on the scale today and I was down from 160 to 155, it was awesome. I know its mostly water weight but at this speed maybe I can lose 15-20 pounds in a month anyone that things I can reach that goal or come anywhere close to it, let me know. bye everyone and thanks for all the help and I love reading everyone's posts good luck to all thanks again, Casey.

hey lol i just realized i post like all the time lol..anyway, for excerise today i burned 200 cals. on the treadmill..which isnt really much..anyway, i heard you should burn about 200 a day if you want to mantain your weight. so i guess since i want to lose weight its still ok because i ate the amount to lose weight..right?

ok problem: i just realized i sort of eat a lot of sodium. sodium doesnt cause you to gain wait but it effects water weight and bloating and such. obviously its bad for you. any ideas how i can cut down on sodium and any suggestions for food low in sodium?

Ok. Here's the thing. I started working out and running for a while and then I stopped. I don't exactly know why but I did. I'm almost out of school for the summer and I want to excersize and eat well and loose weight for next year so I feal more confident. Does anybody have any tips and/or comments or just advice that they could give me for this experience. And how to get myself motivated and to want to do this.

hey everyone--> ok i no this annoys people, so im sorry , but i find it really helpful and thats what this site is about right? yeah. ok so anyway. today for breakfast i had a light and fit yogurt and a mini wheat bagel with a light amount of peanut butter, lunch i had half a sandwich some carrot sticks and a pria bar, and for snack i had a serving of quaker apple cinnamon baked things. for dinner im gonna have a turkey burger on a wheat roll, some baked chips and a side salad. i also drank a ton of water and i had gym today, and im proll. gonna run on the treadmill a little more

iv noticed tht most ppl here do A LOT of exercise lyk everyday! im just wunderin do u actually hav 2 do tht 2 lose weight cos i am definetly not the exercise type! a bikini exercise and walkin the dog every day is enuff 4 me lol do i hav 2 exercise more 2 lose weight cos i am mostly stickin 2 my diet! plz reply x

Well, I have been sticking to a pretty good diet, I know I've cut down on my intake of food so much just in the last few days. My friend that works out with me wasn't here yesterday so instead of running I just hit the tenis ball back and forth for a little while and got a little bit of exercise.
