HEY EVERONE. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD A BAD PROBLEM WITH MY WEIGHT. I AM 5,6 FEET TALL AND I WEIGH 213 POUNDS.I HAVE TRIED MANY THINGS BUT NOTHING EVER WORKS FOR ME. LIKE RIGHT IM DOING THIS LOW CARB DIET BUT I JUST KEEP EATING LOTS OF JUNK FOOD. WHEN I FIRST STARTED THIS I HAD LOST LIKE 10 POUNDS ON THE FIRST THREE WEEKS. BUT THIS WAS LIKE ALMOST 1 YEAR AGO. INSTEAD OF LOSSING MORE WEIGHT I GAINED LIKE 23 POUNDS, BECAUSE I USE TO WEIGH 190. I REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELP, BECAUSE IM GOING TO START HIGH IN JUST 2 IN A HALF MONTHS AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE MAKING FUN OF ME. AND ALSO BECAUSE IM GOING TO HAVE A SWEET 15TEEN IN LIKE 9 MONTHS AND I REALLY NEED TO LOSE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS OR PERHAPS MORE. SO PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY BAD EATING HABITS. ALSO I GET NERVOUS ALOT SO THATS WHAT MAKES ME EAT MORE.

can any one tell me how i did today, for B: kashi cereal, strawberries, and skim milk, Lunch: tuna on a wrap, light and fit yogart, an apple, and a serving of mini rice cakes, for dinner i am having a bake potato with butter spray(0 cal), an orange or an apple, and a breaded chicken breast fillet on eaither wheat toast or another whole wheat wrap with fat free cheese

how'd i do today? breakfast - glass of skim milk. Lunch- piece of pizza and glass of skim milk. Dinner- Subway Turkey with lettuce, cucumbers, mustard on wheat and 1oz of potato chips.

hey guys, ok this is what i ate today, brek : light n fit fiber yogurt and a mini wheat bagel with a thin layer of peanut butter. lunch: half a turkey sandwich on wheat, a pria bar, grapes and some carrot sticks/ cucumber. snack: 100 cal. pack (ritz snack mix)...also ive drank a ton of water. howd i do? anything to improve on?? ( im gonna exercise in a bit)

Recently, I've been gaining a lot of weight. I've never been thin, but now I am getting really chubby. I am 5'7" and weigh 175 pounds. In January I was 164. My two older brothers are starting to make fun at me, poking my stomach and stuff. I was wondering if any other male on this website is going through a similar experience.

I have read a few replies from this Leah girl and she has been rude to me and a few other people if she has a problem with us don't you think she shouldn't be in here. I don't know, but she is making comments about quit eating and stop being a pig to some of us and its rubbing me the wrong way, just wanted to know about weight loss and of course someone had to be rude if anyone is agreeing with me, post please

hey i am 5ft 5 and weight 150 uggh. i just want to loose some extra weight for the summer i mean everyone wants to loose that extra fat haha . Well i was on the south beach last yr and lost 20 pounds and went down to 130. Since then i gained it back and realized that i should just cut down SO PLEASE tell me how i did today thankz <3 Sara
breakfast - lite and fiz yougurt drink thing
lunch - bagel and butter
dinner - half of sub ( bread - turkey- lettuce - cheese oil and vinigar
snack - granola bar

god am doing really bad, i am starting to gt desperate now lol i go on hols in bout 13weeks an i did get down to 182lbs (which i no is a lot but it was still 16lbs less than i started out wit) and now i am about about 187lbs i dont no what to do i really wanna get down to around 165lbs by aug 21st can i do it?

oh yeah. a tip for everyone. yunno how like everyone is talking about drinkikng a ton of water and stuff. yeah well if you add ice to it your body burns a ton more calories warming it to your body temp. so it helps you lose like an extra 10 lbs (?) i think in a year

I lost 1.2 pounds this week! So that is exactly 10 pounds since March first. YEAH! SLOW, I know, but it will never be on again! I hope every1 else had a great week! Good Job!
