ways to lose weight..... eat healthier,lower fat and sugar content...go organic and exercise using a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise e.g.swimming,skipping,dancing,hockey watever, sqauts lunges extra!

im really proud of myslef....today i ran a mile in 9:25 which is a 2 min impovement from when i last did it in fall, did pom try outs and 2 hours of dance!! and im not even tired lol

hey everyone! ahh i'm so upset! i gained four lbs in the last week! and i ate terribly today!! i had a bowl of ice cream, two doughnut wholes and like four cookies! (plus a bananna for breakfest, a pear for lunch and a chef salad for dinner)ughhh i really bummmed cuz i feel like i keep doing well for a week or so and then binging and gaining everything back! ahh!!

hey guys, i have a tiny problem. I tend to eat most of my calories at once, instead of evenly spread out through the day. i get home from school, and with in 1 hour period.. i have basically used all of my calories for that day! any tips on how to get me to spread my choices out a little? thanks!

hey guys, i already posted before about brekfast and lucnh and snack. i just wanted to add a few almonds and some grapes, a little bit of fish,some rice and some vegetables . also a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. i had ten bottles of water today. howd i do?

So I was watching Oprah today =) and for a bit they did an interview with the lady who wrote the book "French Woman Don't Get Fat". And the book isn't a diet, because the French don't believe in dieting lol. But if you follow her tips you will live a healthier lifestyle, and a lady followed her advice and in 3 months she lost 20lbs. The French lady talked about how Americans eat and eat and want more and all they think about is food and calories, and yet Americans are the fattest in the world. Remember the French are people who have pastries and croissants, etc. The French lady said that when the French eat they eat for pleasure and in small portions. So if they want chocolate they will have some chocolate, just in small portions. And they focus on their eating, eating slowly and really tasting your food. Alright i did slightly bad today....but i have been trying hard but w/e...ok so today my meals were slightly atomic..starting with my huge brek..ok so i had---engligh muffin (whole wheat) w/ light peanut butter,organge juice,yoygurt (60 cals) and ceral w/ fruit...lol...lunch---pria bar (110 cals) whole wheat ham wrap stuffed w/ veggies,water, and cherries and watermellon. I also had 2 small round butterscooctchs...snack-10 baby carrots and 10 almonds--i dont no wut i am having for dinner....but im not having dessert...today i had track for a hour and the coach like killed us....and i am gonna drink 8 bottles of water how did u do?

HEY EVERONE. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD A BAD PROBLEM WITH MY WEIGHT. I AM 5,6 FEET TALL AND I WEIGH 213 POUNDS.I HAVE TRIED MANY THINGS BUT NOTHING EVER WORKS FOR ME. LIKE RIGHT IM DOING THIS LOW CARB DIET BUT I JUST KEEP EATING LOTS OF JUNK FOOD. WHEN I FIRST STARTED THIS I HAD LOST LIKE 10 POUNDS ON THE FIRST THREE WEEKS. BUT THIS WAS LIKE ALMOST 1 YEAR AGO. INSTEAD OF LOSSING MORE WEIGHT I GAINED LIKE 23 POUNDS, BECAUSE I USE TO WEIGH 190. I REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELP, BECAUSE IM GOING TO START HIGH IN JUST 2 IN A HALF MONTHS AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE MAKING FUN OF ME. AND ALSO BECAUSE IM GOING TO HAVE A SWEET 15TEEN IN LIKE 9 MONTHS AND I REALLY NEED TO LOSE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS OR PERHAPS MORE. SO PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY BAD EATING HABITS. ALSO I GET NERVOUS ALOT SO THATS WHAT MAKES ME EAT MORE.

can any one tell me how i did today, for B: kashi cereal, strawberries, and skim milk, Lunch: tuna on a wrap, light and fit yogart, an apple, and a serving of mini rice cakes, for dinner i am having a bake potato with butter spray(0 cal), an orange or an apple, and a breaded chicken breast fillet on eaither wheat toast or another whole wheat wrap with fat free cheese

how'd i do today? breakfast - glass of skim milk. Lunch- piece of pizza and glass of skim milk. Dinner- Subway Turkey with lettuce, cucumbers, mustard on wheat and 1oz of potato chips.
