alright well today i am goin to the GAP cuz i need new pants majorilly cuz all my pants r falling off me and its sooo not fun to like be in school and hoist ur pants um every 2 seconds and look like eircle lol..ok so anyways hopefully i'm goin get to some capris and jeans and such and i am pretty sure i fit into a size 10 now!! woot woot! my goal is a size 8 but it doesnt really matter to me i just wanna be in shape....so today is sunday and its my cleansing day where i drink green tea and water and stuff and no sweets or anything...its my day of relaxation..where i do yoga and such...oh how i lovvee sundays lol..later

if you ever have any questions just ask... dont believe or trust anyone who sais they lost alot of weight in a short space of time because that is not healthy and you will get sick. you should never burn more than 2000 calories per week if you are your burning more than fat.. no exceptions. eat healthy, plenty of fruit, stay away from cookies, soda, pizza all junk food practicly and just because somthing sais low fat dosint mean its healthy, usualy it has alot of sugar and vice versa. never ever ever ever starve yourself as i said b4 and eat when your hungry dont over eat a VERY GOOD TIP is to eat slowly around 20 chews then swallow to give your stomach time to digest wich DRAMATICLY DECREASES OVEREATING!! B HEALTHY AND EXCERSIZE! DONT OVER DO IT! IF YOUR FEELING FAINT OR DISY STOP EMEDIELTY! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

I'm so determined to loose weight. On june 16 I am going to Washington D.c. with my eigth grade class and the hotels have pools...so naturally I want to look good in a swim suit. I am doing good with my diet, but even though I'm doing a tae bo workout everyday, I feel like I need more exercise. Any suggestions? (Btw, i hate running)

Breakfast: oat bran topped with fruit (200 cals) Lunch: Tilapia fish + veggie stirfry (180 cals) and for dinner I'm thinking about a veggie burger, a salad, and some cottage cheese (250 cals). If I'm craving something after, I'll have a bowl of mixed fruit (100 cals). I did a 20 min tae bo workout as well. I'll probably exercise a little bit more later. How did i do? any suggestions?

I USED TO LIVE IN POLAND. AND AS I WAS YOUNGER I WAS REALLY SKINNY AND I DIDNT EVEN CARE HOW I LOOKED BECUZ I JUST WANTED TO HAVE FUN!I WAS REALY FAST AT RUNNING AND COULD DO ANYTHING! CLIMB THE TREES AND ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF!BUT UNTIL I WAS 9 YEARS OLD ME AND MY FAMILY HAD TO MOVE TO AMERICA SO MY PARENTS COULD GET A JOB.EVER SINCE I MOVED HERE MY LIFE REALLY SUX.I HATE THE WAY I LOOK! I'm 165 pounds right now. I'm about 5'4 right now, so I wanna lose about 37 pounds! I'm gonna try to make my goal by the time I go to Florida in July! I hate being over-weight, but I'll make all the necessary changes to lose weight and live healthily.

alright i have decicied that like saturdays are my bad days and i eat junk cuz on satuardays i do alot....like this morning i ran a 3 mile marrathon and then im doin riding for 3 hours this afternoon...and thats like alot phicycal stuff and like i do good durning the week so saturdays most likely evens it out...then sunday is the day i weigh myself and i do like alot of cleaning and drink a ton of water and just relax....is that okay ya think

well..i didnt do wonderful today but i did ok..for brek. i had a nectarine, a mini wheat bagel, and an egg. then for lunch i had a bite of chili, a turkey on a wheat wrap, and some baked chips..is that ok do you thinK?

Heylo Everyone!
Its been so long since I've posted on here I mean I used to post everyday ages ago! I doubt anyone even remembers me but heres an update on how I've been. Um for those who don't have any idea who I'm 5'8", my heaviest weight is bout 190 and currently (as of this morning) I weigh 160.5. My lowest is 154.5. Ultimately my goal weight is 135. Lately I've kinda lost motivation to keep goin thats why I'm up again but I'm just trying to get back on track. Thats why I'm here. I was hoping if I start posting and reading the posts on here again I can reach my goals for this summer! Oh yea and if theres neone out there who wants to be "buddies" just leave me one and I would love to be! And I don't care if ur near my weight or not! Well thanx for taking the time to watch me ramble on and I'll post back later! *muahz*
