hi guys well im 5'5 and weight 180 but i do not look heavy. With prom being around the corner i have to loose weight really fast do any of you out there have any diets that would give me results in about 2-3 weeks???

Hey can you all help me ?I'm 13 and I weigh 150. I weigh more than my brother and dad. I fill ashamed .Soif any of u could help I love to hear from u.Because I'm to overweight for my height and my age.I fill so ashamed of my self.My mom tryed to help but I tryed to tell her what this fittness man was doing and she siad she wasn;t going to tell me. hey guys, well..... i was doin pretty gd on my diet i started 2 weeks ago now n id lost about 7lbs but i totally screwed it up on saturday and sunday cos my grandad died on saturday n i was really upset so i suppose i was comfort eating. but, im bak on the diet 2day and im tryin had 2 stick 2 it except i cant exercise because i have something wrong with me just now which means i have a coughing fit if i so much as try 2 but im goin 2 keep taking the dog for walks as much as i can thts about the only thing i can do! so.... heres wat ive had 2day- breakfast/ low fat yoghurt, lunch/ tuna mayonnaise roll with salad on it, snack/ half an apple and some grapes, tea/ haggis, turnip, carrots and potatoe. (ive decided 2 just have watever my mum makes 4 tea cos i cant cook 2 save myself but im only goin 2 eat until im not hungry, not finish it all like i used to. do you think this is ok? plz reply x

alright how does this sound for far...brek-ceral w/ a bannana and a few strawberries lunch-1/2 sandwhich on whole wheat bread, veggies, some fruit and almonds (i no i eat a bigish lunch) snack-yougurt dinner-not postitvaly sure but i think i'm gonna hav fat free turkey bugers (i'm not gonna hav the bread though) i drank 8 bottles of water today, ran, on the tredmill and burned 300 cals and did strength training....did i do okay today??

uh oh..just found out im having pizza for dinner tomorrow night, and let me tell you that is my biggest downfall..sometimes i eat like 4 peices at a time. uh oh :(..do you think ill be ok if i eat a salad before and limit myself to 2 peices (with no meant on them, just reg. cheese pizza) any other tips you can give me?

im 5'6 and weigh 135 exactly, 2 months ago i was at 153...my measurements are 36-27-38 (i measure my hips around the thickest part on hips around butt)...this is random, but does any1 know of any other chat rooms but instead of weight loss its about exersizing?? lemme know! thanks!

hey guys!
i forgot to say in my earlier post that i went to a nutrionists the other day and that girls from ages 10-16 should be having like 1600 cals a day (and that if you weigh around 135 you can eat 1725 w/o gaining)... and that instead of trying to cut your cals to 1200, its alot better to steadily decrease them. so lets say you're eating 1500 a day now, tomorrow try to eat 1450 --- point being that going down by small incramints is alot healthier than cutting down suddenly (it also helps you keep off the weight)... hope this helps

okay so u no how i waz saying i waz goin to the gap to go clothes shopping? Yeh well i did and i got all size 10's!! they fit perfectly!! yay i'm really happy i got 5 pairs!! dont get discouraged guys if u slip up or something its okay just remember to always exercise and get back on the wagon!! good luck every 1 !!

I actually had a pretty good day...oh and to warn you, on the weekends, i have a big breakfast, but eat really light the rest of the day. So for breakfast i had a small bowl of cream of wheat with a little bit of low fat yogurt on top, and a bowl of special K (about 400 cals). Then for lunch i had a small plate of nachos (around 450 cals). Then for dinner i had a few pieces of watermelon and a big spoonfull of fresh, steamed spinich (no idea how many cals, but watermelon has almost no calories in it). Oh and I jogged for about half an hour or so and had about 6 glasses of water. Advice and comments welcome!

alright this really sucks because i thought i did so well at WW this week and then i go and im up 2lbs.... so now im higher than when i started... but my mom said i look good and i think i look thinner so maybe i gained muscle.... it has to be... well this week i want to lose that 2 pounds so except for today which i was out for my brothers graduation im falling everything to the T and exerciseing everyday......errr
if anybody has any tips for a set meal plan... like if u could leave a message with a meal plan in it that would be great

wow ok i didnt do great at all today..for brek. i had a kashi bar and some orange juice and for lunch i had a half a tuna sandwich, some baked chips, and a small salad. then heres where i gets bad: i had a 100 cal. pack, 5 hershey kisses, and a spoonful of ice cream, then some baked tostitos with salsa..i no lol, its awful and ifeel so guilty..i think im gonna run on the treadmill though, so do you think ill be ok if i do>

ok guys this is it. im so fed up with my weight its incredible. im 5'5 or 5'6 at 148 pounds. ive gained like 3 pounds in like a month! im so pissed and fed up with myself. i need to come up with a healthy food plan and excercise plan. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. i want to come back to school next year with like a flat stomach and look really cute so guys will notice me and stuff. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?! i want to be losing weight now and all throughout the summer because i always end up gaining alot of weight in the summer. I NEED HELP OR PLANS OR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY, I END UP GAINING WEIGHT AND IT MAKES ME WANNA CRY!! HELP
