yesterday i had an instant breakfast drink and a chocolate muffin for breakfast, 1/2 a code red mt. dew for lunch, and i had two starburst and 2 teddy grahams throughout the day...i know its not enough but im trying to get over being sick so my appitite hasnt come back yet...then i did abs, did 4 miles on the transport at level 6 or 7 and did 5 miles on the bike on level four fat burning and then walked cool down laps, about half a mile on the track..i miss the track season, can ya tell?? lol....im trying to work out and eat good just until sunday bc thats a big day for me!

hey so far today i ate a bowl of special K (110 cals)and a sugar free red bull (10 cals)and then i had these apple dippers w/caramel ( around 200 cals)and then water and this body for life bar thinger (220 cals)......hmm not sure what im gonna have for dinner ..... but am i okay so far??

my boyf broke up wiv me today, after 3munths. i found out he wuz jst using me pritty much tha whole time, wich makes me feel GREAT. but hes a loser, nd im guna make him regret it. i hav a feelin my life iz about 2 get alot harder, cuz mi best friend dates my ex-bf's best friend, (hu i thrt wiz 1 of mi best friends as well) nd he helped him plan how to dump me in tha wurst way possible. iv got 1 more day of skwl nd thn a week off, so i reli wana make him regret treatin me lk he did, basically by cuming bak lookin absolutely fabulous im not guna starve myself, hes not wurth it, but i want him 2 wish hed treated me better nd not dumped me, so ne ideas wud b gud. thanx babes xxx

eek..well based on myy thing below i did good today..well...that changed..i ate healthfully, but you no that cracklin oat bran stuff..apparently its very very addictive..lol so i kinda ate atomic amounts of that, but i think it pretty much made up for the calories i DIDNT have to day,..so overall it was probably ok right?

hey everyone i am 5"7 and i weigh 210 and i wanna go down to 160 by october november do you think this will be possible?? i plan on eating right dirnking a lot of water running 30-45 minuites 3 times a week probably playing tennis and basketball on the days i don't run. and everyday i [plan on doing crunches and pushups do you think that will help??

ok soo howd i do today B: kashi bar and banana (250 calories) L: 1/2 a tuna sandwich, 100 cal. pack, carrot sticks (275 calories) and for a snack i had cracklin oat bran cereal with no milk (1/2 a cup--150 calories)..yeah i no thats only a little bit of calories so maybe ill have some veggies later, then for dinner were having turkey burgers..so yupp..and i had gym today and i dont no what else im gonna do for excersice

ugh its so annoying its like raining here and i can't go outside at all...i hate the tredmill so incredibly alot so i'm just gonna do like strength/ weight training for like a hour...is that okay if i do cardio tommaro? i did cardio yesterday so ya no...yeh well i gtg i have TONS of hw tonight and i hafta get a haircut....no one cares about my unintersting life but oh well lol.....

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say I'm at 155 and 145 is my goal by the end of June. Also, if anyone can tell me how I can go from a size 13 to a 9 I'd really like to be able to wear a size 9 jean shorts this summer for the 4th of July and I don't know how long it takes to lose so many inches so if anyone knows, fill me in. I am starting to feel that I am losing weight for all the wrong reasons. I know that I want to continue it to be healthy, but sometimes I don't get icecream for example b/c I want a certain guy to like me (ya know?). It is kinda getting annoying b/c the guy won't even care ne way and if he does he is a pig. Does anyone have any tips or anything that they use to get these stinkin thoughts out of their head?

Hey everyone! Thank you so much to those who left me extremely sweet comments! They really helped! I still don't really know whats goin on I'm just looking forward to be out of school (3 days!) and yea I have other friends from other schools who I'm definetly looking forward to spending time with! Well um other then that I'm down 1 1/2 lbs this morning! Gosh it feels so good to be in the 150's again. I'm down to 158.5. Yayz! I've decided that I can't buy a new swim suit til I'm 145! Hopefully that will be really soon! Well I'll post again tonight (if my labtop's not being dumb! Its was last night thats y I wasn't on) *muahz*

*RaNdOm TiP* Ok if u guys need a really good snack I gotta couple that are so awesome! First those new 100 calorie pacts are the best! You get a lot more then u prob think and they actually taste like w/e its suppose to! Plus did I mention that they're only 100 calories? omg AWESOME! LoL! My second one is those lil mini bags of the popcorn. Smart pop of course its 94% fat free, and only 15 cals a bag.

ok well my birthday is in 10 days. I asked my mom for a YMCA membership..and im pretty sure she got me one because my 8 year old sister basically told me! haha..but thats not why im on here. I am wondering, what kinds of things should I do at the Y because I have never been into the workout area before...but i am going to swim and play basketball. What other types of things do they have there?? Also, what is a good exercise to target the inside of your thighs besides lunges and running. I need to know because my thighs rub together and my jeans get worn out and everything so yeah! thanks a bunch
