alright so how does this sound for today...brek-bagel w/ a light layer of cream cheese (i no bad but w/e) low carb yougurt (60 cals) some organge juice, and fruit..lunch-whole wheat turkey wrap stuffted w/ veggies, pria bar (110 cals) and some cherries....snack-10 alomonds and 10 carrots. i dont no wut i am having for din din i will keep u posted but does that sound okay? I am gonna run w/ my friend today and do the bikkini workout from fitnness mag. I drack 8 bottles of water Did i do okay? anything to improve on?

ill give an example of wat i have been eating in a day....1 bowl of easy mac, 1 lean pocket, a few starbursts or a cookie, french fries (medium size) and a normal dinner (so like 1 hamberger, or one piece of chicken with some corn.) i also drink 2-3 cans of pop a day but also a lil under a gallon of water...how am i losing weight?

i keep dropping like 2-5 lbs every week, and i dont know how bc ive been eating watever and wenever i want, plus track is over so the most ive been running a day is 2 miles and doing some crunches..this is really weird....<3

Well, I am trying to lose between 15-20 pounds in 4 weeks, a month. I just really need some ideas. Today, I started my diet and exercise plans. I had eggs trying to get the yolk out, but no succeeding very well. I had diet dr. peppers and water, but no regular colas. For lunch I had baked chicken and I did have a pop tart, but that's b/c I had a low blood sugar. I want to do as low as carbs as I can and I want to know if that helped anyone else. I did about 10 minutes of bleachers at the school, two laps, and eight minute abs. Does it sound like i'm on the right track and if anyone thinks I can lose 15-20 pounds in a month, let me know how, thanks for the help and your stories are very encouraging.

I just found a tip that might be interesting to you all. I've heard from a few people that doing crunches while you're trying to lost weight is bad because it builds muscle under the fat and actually makes you weight more and look bigger. I've found that that's okay though, doing a lot of crunches while losing is good in the long run, it will "eat" away all the excess skin as you lose weight. Just thought I'd let you all know that. Allright today i didnt do so hot....but theres always tommaro...k brek--yougurt (90 cals) english muffin (only 100 cals though) w/ a thin layer of peanut butter, and a bannana (i no i eat large breakfests) then for lunch i had a small salad, one peice of veggie pizza (i blotted the grease though) milk, and a pria bar (110 cals) ok well then it got worse when i had soy gelato (not too bad though since it waz soy) For dinner i am having whole wheat pasta, milk, salad, and cherries..i am having no dessert cuz of the ice cream..and today i did the bikkni body workout from fitness mag, i took the doggie for i wlk, and i went up and down my street 2 times doing butt kicks and high knees...i drank 8 bottles of water....so did i do really bad or am i okay??
