Hey im new.....my name is jessica and i need sumone to help me.....okay my situtation....I LOVE FOOD!And im like 20 pounds overweight and i would really love to get down to about 140 and im going to the beach in 3 weeks (May 29- June 4th) and i need to lose AT LEAST 10 pounds if not more by then! im xtremly picky about the foods i eat and i need help!

hey everyone im 210 and 5"6 and i was wondering if you guys can tell me which fruit are to high in sugar and if its not a good idea to eat a lot of them? and any other good things that are ok to snak on like nature valley granola bars?? and stuff like that.

wow the girls on tv are getting skinnier and skinnier. It makes me sick to see me fat and them skinny but i wish I could be like them. I want to lose weight but I can't stop thinking about food. I know its wrong but I hate going to school and seeing I am the fattest one there!!!!

hey, i aint did so well 2day......bfast-low fat yoghurt, snack-packet of chewits, lunch-ham salad roll with a little mayo, snack-chocolate muffin and tea- mashed potato wiv cheese, leek and bacon in it. can sum1 plzzz suggest a way tht i can cut out the snacking but i jus get so hungry especially at skool! help!!! thnx x

oh man ! i did bad today.. well i started off good. i had apple sauce for breakfast with a piece of wheat bread toast with low fat cream cheese.. then drank a couple bottles of water.. but then had an icecream bar (milky way kind) with my friends and a cosmic brownie... so i came home and had a salad.. and i'm gonna work out soon.. hopefully this won't screw me up..

I could do really good with my diet but there's one problem....bread more particular bagels....i love them and i do need carbs but i don't want to eat like 3 a day and have like lets see I had about 13 servings of bread yesterday (oops) so I'm going to try to limit my intake because like 50% and more of my calories are coming from bread. So I will limit to 6 and then work down anyone else has problems from carb withdrawl tell me how you did it??
