hey guys. i just wanted everyone to know that i was watching educational t.v. and i came accross some information. you know how you always want to eat everything when you're dieting? yeah- i found out it's not a mental thing- it's physical. when you start to lose weight rapidly you body starts producing more of the hunger hormone to defend it's weight. it's shown that our bodies want to hold on to excess weight more than it wants to lose it- even if it's harmful. this is why you have to excersize- it's really difficult to lose it all by diet because the less you eat the more hunger hormone you produce. this means that you have to take it slow and change your lifestyle or you WILL gain back the weight....

oh golly..i did god awful this weekend. friday night and saturday morning i did fine, then sat. night for dinner i had a deep dish pizza from Uno's. then for breakfest i had a donut and a bagel. oh god, and i couldnt excersice because i was at my grandmas. and its my day off anyhoo. oh well..im gonna do wicked good this week

okay so today for brek i had ceral w/ fruit.....then for luch we went out so i had a veggie omelete w/ cheese and 1/2 english muffin w/ jelly....dinner i am having 2 meatballs and a salad and milk and for dessert a banana and peanut butter!! and i lost a pound 155 now woot woot!!! i weighed myself like 3 days ago....oh and i had 2 liters and 3 glasses of water today, i did 60 crunchs,weights,60 arm exercises, and i danced for like 25 mintutes!! i havent done this well in a while yay! i'm so excited okay so post back! Do think i ate okay today?? anything i can improve on'??

I'm about 5'6 and about 146lbs..and I want to get to 125 by july 16. But my mini goal is to be at 130-135 by june 14th. But what would really help is if i knew how to get rid of love handles..how do you make them go away? Please answer. thanx.

hey its me again. ok so apparently i gained umm like 3 more pounds? OMFG im like 150 im going insane i had a mental breakdown on the bathroom floor i wanted to through the scale out of the window. i need to lose weight i want to lose even more weight now like 15 pouunds. this is horrible i hate life i want to freaking die. why cant i just stop eating so much i eat so much and i like cant stop because im like in love with food and i never find the time to excercise or anything or im just to lazy. i dont want to be fat i want to be thinner. i cant help thinking im just going to keep on gaining more and more weight. does anybody have ANY KIND OF SIMPLE DIET PLAN that i can work on really hard. im really going to try hard this time. not like those other times ive attempted diets i really am going to do it. i really need help. please... <3 gabby

hi i am 5'4" and weigh 304-309 i am mortibaly obese, my doc says that if i dont lose 20 pounds in like 2 monthes i will probably have diabetes 2. I am really scared and fat. And i know that i cant lose that much weight and will have to get used 2 diabetes 2. He also said that i have a lot of fat clogging my arteries and i could have a heart attack, then the last thing he said to me was if u dont lose at least 20 pounds in the next 2 monthes i will have ur parents send u away to a camp/school that is for obese people,which means i wouldnt be with my friends or family. It sucks so please give me some fun easy workouts, thanks

so far i've had an egg white omlette with mushrooms, a piece of rye toast, two glasses of orange juice and a bite of a candy bar (oops hehe)-- that was at like 11 as brunch, but my family is coming over later today for dinner so i assume i'll have salad ... if i eat light today, do you think its okay if i have a piece of tasty d-light cake? thanks a bunch!

Hey everyone!! I have been overweight all my life. i am about 290 at 5'10 i really wanna lose weight but everytime i try i get discourged and quit. also i work at sonic so the food is so temping. if anyone has any advice please let me know asap. thanks

okay pizza is the only thing my school has that i will actually eat. I dont want my friends to nkow im trying to lose weight so i cant brig my lunch or they will know. so for lunch i used to have 1 pc. pizza, 1 lg. pop and chocolate candy. now im eating 1 pc. pizza, 1 big bottle of water, grapes and carrots. Can i lose wieght if i eat the pizza as long as i weat these other very healthy things???

Hey ya'll, I weigh around 150 and I'm 5'5 I'd like to lose at least 25-20 by August 8th is that realistic or way out of my reach?, I tryed out for cheerleading for next yr. to see if I could make it and I got a call back thing so I'd really like to look good for it... i have started my day of right w/ ceral and fruit!!yay! Then for lunch i am goin out for mothers day..but i'm goin try to get like fish or lean meat w/ veggies...and i need to remember not to eat those rolls!! then i wil most likely be wicked full when i get home so i'm going exercise at like 4 and then eat fruit or a heathbar if i'm hungry later....so i no it sounds like not a lot for din din but i'm goin hav a big lunch so yeh how does that sound?? i'm goin try to run today but its like a hurricane out lol...i think i want a tae bo video come to think of it...lol later
