I'm 5'7 and 1/2 and on the bmi calc. that I am looking at it says that I would be at a healthy bmi if I was 5'8 and I am just a few founds from being at a healthy bmi at 5'7. Tuesday I was 176.4 and I want to be 174.5 by next tues, wish me luck!!!! Its been going gr8 lately, hopefully everyone else is doing gr8 too!

my sister just came home from college and she lost so much since the last time I show her! Ugh i feel like such a fat ass now!!! : ( Ughhh this is soo bad. I know it sounds like I'm a horrible jealous person but I can't help it. It makes me feel so bad about myself. I used to be thinner than her. She's home for the summer so I better start losing a lot if I want to feel good again. sighhh

hey guys. did pretty good today. for breakfast i had wheat toast with 1 tbs. peanut butter, for lunch i had a turkey wrap, health bar, and carrots, and for snack i had 10 almonds. im going out with my friend tonight though. probably out to dinner. but im gonna have a salad with maybe grilled chicken or something, no cheese or bacon or what not. then ill have one thing for dessert. im gonna run on the treadmill now though for like an hour.. good luck everyone!

A lot of you are trying to enforce on other people that you have to eat at least 1500 (that's the most popular number I've seen) calories to healthfully loose weight. But honestly, that number is not going to apply for everyone. Each person has a different amount of exercise they do each day and bodytype that is going to alter that caloric intake. Plus, you can eat less calories than that and still maintain a life with exercise and not be starving all the time. I have thought about buying a book about eating Disorder, I thought about killing myself too... But I told myself if I killed myself Skinny& look good too...But if I lose wieght I woudn't have to ...well u know. Now i'm 5 lbs. Lighter.I also home school because of my grades& wieght mostly my wight.As soon as I lose 100 lbs. I'm going back I swear to that. I'm on Wieght Watchers it's the way I lost 5 lbs

hey... well today was good because i rejoined weight watchers and its working this time... im gonna stick too it i have to... for breakfast i had cereal, lunch i had a lean pocket, bag of baked chips but then i had a cookie :-/ i had pb crackers after school and a salad for dinner.... i also went to the weight room for my gym class and had a 2 hr softball practice where we did a good amount of running... how bad did i do? a couple slip ups i know....
