Does anyone know any ways that I could bring healthy food to school for lunch and snacks without being too obvious? I don't want my friends to know that I'm "dieting". Also, I need help staying away from food when I'm home and not doing anything. I can't really go out because I live in the middle of nowhere... and I have to spend a lot of time on homework. I'm used to snacking while doing my homework or while on the internet. One last thing (sorry if i'm asking too many questions), I want to drink more water but I always feel sick when drinking a lot. It doesn't even fill me up... it just makes me crave something salty. I also have REALLY bad memory, so does anyone have a good way of remembering to drink water? (I always have a bottle of water with me, I just always forget to drink it.) Well, thanks!

Ok..So, please tell me how i did today. Breakfast: Banana with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a glass of orange Juice Snack: a hershey kiss and a lollipop, i no its really bad..but it was 80 cals total and only like 1 gram of fat, plus that will be my dessert for today.. Lunch: turkey wrap on a honey wheat wrap thing, pria bar (health bar with 110 cals and like 3 grams of fat)carrots, and water Snack: Quacker baked Snack things- 60 cals for 8 ( I had like 12, so thats like 100 cals) 1 gram of fat etc. and water.. Dinner: Not sure yet, but i think pasta. Im gonna only try to have a little and to have lots of salad Dessert: a peice of fruit or nothing also im gonna go on the treadmill for an hour..is this ok?

I have a question: number one: When I post my day do you guys/girls like it better if I write out everything I ate or just the calories? oh and btw good news! my scale is wrong! 5 pounds too heavy! So really i'm around 128 :D Just 8 more pounds till my goal..yeSss Btw i'm only 5 ft 2 or 3

i had a good day today. I had around 1500 calories, ran 5 miles at track and danced for a good half hour. I ate pretty healthy. breakfast-hooney nut cheerios, lunch-bagel, snack-orange dinner-turkey wrap with baked lays, dessert-kodos bar...yup yupp so rate this if you'd likeee : ) <3

I lost 1.4 pounds this last 2 weeks, I didn't weigh in last week. So that is 8.8 pounds so far! Yeah! It has taken awhile, but I think it is getting better, good luck to everyone, hope ur losing more weight than me!

this is just a tip. i stopped eating bread and drinking soda, and eating lots of things and exercising every day about a week and a half ago. and now the thought of eating bread makes me sick, like im scared of it or something and carbs are like the only thing i used to eat. so if you feel you can't stop eating or drinking something it only takes a few days of will power and then you feel like itd be bad if you did! just a little motivation. and also ive noticed that my mom and sister have tried to make/help me lose weight numerous times before but i never even stuck with it a week and a half like i have now and i know thats not a lot but its good for me .... so if youre doing it for someone else than you probably wont stick with it. you have to be able to do it for yourself! ok just some thoughts lol.

my friend has been drinking green tea..to lose weight..she says that..it makes her go to the bathroom like crazy...(poop) like when u are sick...but u are not erally sick..do u think this helps u lose weight?

i realized that i am focusing way tooooo much on calories. for now on, i will watch my caloric intake, but my primary motivation should be for eating healthy. i want to have recomended servings of each food group a day.. like this morning, i had ice-cream for breakfast!! (i know u guys have done it before!) ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. i am doing this for real.. i suggest finding a role model who you can look up to for support, mine is my sister. she eats healthy and looks great. good luck everyone.. you can do this!!

hey guys! well today this is what i had. Please give me suggestions on what i need to eat more of or less of!! Thanks! breakfast- bagel with low fat strawberry butter lunch- 4 mini corndogs, skim milk, lettuce, and some tator tots (i know, like almost all of that is bad but that is what they served and I only had a little bit.) dinner- a pb&J sandwich with a diet coke. plus all during the day i drank water and I had track, then had to help coach little kids track, then had softball for 2 hours.
