Right now i am 14 and i weigh 165! I am only 5'6 and i am really unhappy! The summer is coming for me in about 1 month and i want to look good in my swimsuit... I have tried dieting but i dont have enough discipline. I excersize alot, but nothin is working.. Does anyone have an advice (EXCEPT: drink water, excersize 30 mins a day and eat healthy foods???? ) email me at dancer_chick006@hotmail.com

what is everyone doing for exercize? I lost 20 lbs (150-130-- i'm 5 '2 btw)but I can't seem to lose the last 15 lbs... i've tried "jump starting" my diet (eating very little cals, taking a break from thatand then the next day going back to it)but it didn't work. Its been raining for the past few days also, so I can't really go running or do any outdoor activities. I'm just really bummed because I lost weight -- which i was really happy about-- but you can't really tell because there is still so much fat. any suggestions would be great! thanks!

Hey everyone! Starting a couple of months ago, I started doing this diet. I cutted down what I ate & exercised constantly every day. I drank a lot of water! After by a week...people started to notice a difference in me! I wrote before in the teen post...I lost around 10 pounds in a week! It could have been a little less...but yah I was loosing a lot. A little after that, people still told me. All I could think about is dessert! A little later I felt like I have gained some weight! So, again...I am continuing on doing how I was doing before! Wish me luck! All you people are doing great!

for the past week.(since april 23rd) i havent had soda, bread, pasta, chips, cake, anything with lots of carbs and have run a mile everyday ..... any other suggestions i dont know if this is enough? oh btw. im 5'9'' and 215 i think. i havent weighed myself for about a month.

I forgot to mention this!!! I'm 4'11" and 155 pounds (and I keep gaining weight which is why I'm feeling desperate)! I don't mind whether it's a guy or girl. I do prefer someone that is 15 or older.

i weighed 235lbs. about 1 month ago i went down to 228 but back up to 232 i am 6'0" may 27,2005 i will be back i started a diet on april 27,2005 called shawn 4 week body make over .......

Hey everyone...i use to post here a long time ago....i went from 225-155 in 5 months...but then went back up bc i got put on lexapro which is a depression medicine and man...it makes u eat...so...ne1 can lose weight....just be motivated!!!

Hi i'm 5'8 and i weigh 158 pounds..i am in track and run alot, sprint, and eat sorta heathly except at night when i eat a ton...how can i stop eating so much dessert at night? please respond!!!

I really need help... I can never bring myself to exercise. We have a treadmill, but that's so boring. I live in a small town so I don't want to go out for walks because I don't want anyone to know that I'm trying to lose weight. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do? Should I just keep trying the treadmill? It would help if I had a weight loss buddy. My friend is really lazy (and doesn't need to exercise anyway, she's skinny) so I can never get her to do anything. I can't even get her to eat healthier with me. I am 13 and 5'2 and between 195 and 200 lbs. I wear is size 14 or 15. I have been going to a gym for a year. I hate being fat. I want to buy the laderal thigh trainer..does anyone have that? How does it work? What else can I do? Thanks...

I have an option have a modeling career. The only thing is I need to get down to 110-115 lbs befoure next year. Right now I am about 147. Today I gave up regular pop and now drink diet pop, and water. Does anyone have suggestions for good workouts? If anyone wants to e-mail me, my e-mail is sweetiegurl123456@yahoo.com. Okay, I just had to say that I've been so motivated lately in losing weight. I've read so many posts, and success stories about other people with the same problems as me, and I don't want anyone going through the same thing, but I have to admit that it's kind of nice knowing that I'm not alone in all this. I get on this website everyday to remind myself that I can lose weight, and with the help of other people it make's me feel okay about myself and I don't feel so depressed. I'm so surprised at my motivation to exercise, and eat right. I just want to say thanks to everyone on here, because you'll never know how much you've really helped me.

Today I went to the gym for like 2 hours. I did 12 mins on the stairclimber, 40 mins on the treadmill, 6 mins on the stationary bike, some crunches on the ball, some arm exercises and some leg exercises. I didn't eat too badly either!!! Yeah, wish me luck at weight watchers on tuesday!
