okay honestly....do some of you people that post saying they burnt off 2000 or more calories by working out are right?? do you have any idea how many hours that would take?!?! ill give you an idea of how many hours....MORE THAN YOU WORKED OUT....think ab wat your saying b4 you say it.....kthnxbye

I went on my mini cycle yesterday for an hour, which is good, but I can't stop eating. *sigh* It's one of those times I just wanna scream "WHY IS IT SO HARD!!" I woke up this morning feeling ill so I haven't been on the mini cycle today, I might go for a bike ride later though.
I'm tired, annoyed, and I'm not hungry, yet I eat. >:(

Its been a long time since I came here but since I gained more weight since then and am now losing weight again, I figured I would come in and see what use I could make of this site again. Ok-I weigh roughly 249 pounds-I haven't weighed myself in over a week(usually I do it once a week)
Ok-so I normally work out for about an hour every morning(between 6 and 7) on school days(mon-fri). Most days I eat all right but I haven't been exercising this week and haven't been eating very well either and I feel guilty. I would go work out but my alarm clock is stupid and never goes off except on days I am not even home. But that is besides the point. I guess I wanted to come back and maybe inspire other people to be healthier in the way they diet because the last time I was here-everyone was being really unhealthy. hey yesterday I had track and I ran the mile in 6:54...just a month ago I was 7:22....I have improved my body but not my weight unfortunally but that's okay I guess...I did improve one thing!!

hey i havent been on here 4 ages.... I have the urge to eat food and ive put on like 8 lbs and my mom isnt exactly helping when it comes to support.....

i was wondering if just by cutting out like all the junk food and pop and stuff out of your diet will you lose weight?? i knoe im gonna need to exercise to but i can't for two weeks i broke my shoulder bak in jnauary and i see the doctor eery few weeks and he told me not to do aynthing till the next time i see him in 2 weeks.
also im 5"6 and i am 210 and wanna be 160 by september-october

ughh its 12 51am and i just got home from the movies and i was soo hungry! roarr I had a really good day but I just ate a turkey and cheese sandwhich. So that brings my calorie total for today to around 1800 which isnt really too strict of a diet. I figured I burnt around 2300 today tho so I guess its okay. Plus I was starvinng and I knew I wouldnt have been able to sleep if I didnt eat something. I still feel kinda crappy tho. <3

quick question. i know that if you eat 3500 calories, you gain a pound.. but does that mean 3500 calories total? or 3500 OVER what you are supposed to have ... like if i eat 1200 calories, then one day eat 4700 calories i gain a pound? ( i never eat THAT much lol)

i dont know whats wrong i cant stop eating latly snacking mostly on 3 donuts chocolat chips bananna...usually i dont eat a lot am i going through a growth spert or what!?!

Looks like everyone is having a good day! I did too! If I exercise for like a half an hour, I will have been right on my points target! Summer is coming up soon, I am committing to lose 12 pounds by the end of the school year, so I will b 165! That would b so great! I hope we all stay on the right track this week, and remember "never give up what you want in the long run for what you want RIGHT NOW!" or something like that, lol.

so i've been eating 1300 cals a day and excercizing (gym class everyday and one mile every other day) for two weeks and i've gained three lbs. I don't know if this is muscle or what, but its really agrivating! and when i tried to mix up my routine and run a mile and a half, i got winded really quickly and had to stop. ugh this is frustrating!

Hey all. I've just been looking through some forums, and found this one. :) I've been reading all the posts, and I think all of you seem to be doing great with losing weight.
I need some major encouragement, and support for losing weight. I'm not sure how much I weigh, not that I really want to say, but I think around 200. It sounds aweful, but it's the truth. My family is okay when it comes to support, mostly my mom, but she doesn't listen to me when I just need to rant about something. Everyone needs to do that sometimes right? Anyway, I decided to swim every day I can, and if not that then biking, or just walking. The only thing is I HATE getting into a bathing suit. Okay, anyway, lol I just had to say something. :) Thanks for hearing me out! _Kylie

okay so i ate 585 for breakfast and lunch combined...then worked out by running and abs...i burned 300 calories.....BUTTTTT then my mom ordered chinese and i had 2 crab cake things and 2 servings of orange chicken...how many calories would that add back on?? :( how many calories would i be at right now and how many is the chinese food i ate??
