ok i have decided STARTING TOMORROW ( im already done eating for today...) i am gonna follow a nice diet here is what its gonna consist of...breakfast a small amount of cereal and a piece of fruit lunch- half of whatevers at school when i come home - protein shake.. dinner ( after i work out) - a small portion of what ever my parents make how does that sound to yall? anything i need tochange? if so please say so ...and sorry for posting so much

Well i think i have been doing good. my mom bought me my green tea pills. i have been taking them since thursday. I don't go back for 2nds or somethimes 3rds lately. Last night and this morning i exercised for 15 mins (better than nothing right?) Today for breakfast i had 4 saugage links, an egg, 2 pieces of toast and a glass of OJ. At lunch i had a hash-brown from jack in the box and for dinner i had a very little over a cups measurement of sheperds pie. To drink i had a pepsi edge and i drank a 20 fl oz. water. i feel like im doing better but i dunno. I'd thought i'd "blog" about it.

i haven't been here in a while, but its after the second night of passover (no more feasts) and i feel as if i have gained 50 pounds. tomorrow im not going to eat any sugar, and im forgetting the religous belief that you cant eat bread on passover. i need bread to diet, it makes life easier. im not going to eat sweets tomorrow or and passover related food, just to get me off that track, and im going to drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits. god i feel so sick... oh GOD!

For the past month and a half, ive been exersizing a lot everyday, throughout the day. But for the past couple of days, i get tired faster. I drink enough water and stuff. But I was wondering if the fact that i get tired quicker is because im tired from all the exersize ive been doing? Well thats what i thought it was, so i decided to take it semi easy over the weekend. I'd just walk/run places. But i was just wondering if that was it.
