i have done well today and yesterday.. i pigged out on Sunday.. and I am determined never to do that again.. im in such a good mood. Life is so precious to be worrying about your weight.. and you can experience so much more of it by being healthy and fit!! i want to have a great life, accomplish all of my goals, and only strive for the best. we all deserve to be happy with ourselves, we only live one life, now lets make it everything we want it to be!!! sry if im corny lol... good luck everyone!

I gave up pop for about two weeks. Then I gained up and started drinking it again, but as a solution i'm going to walk up to the corner store which is about 10-15 minutes away depending on walking speed and i'll just buy flavored water. So hopefully i'll lose 26-31 pounds by the next school year. I mean, I would love to fit in a bikini this summer, but that's okay if I can't because theres always next summer. And as of snacks I'll eat ice because I heard that helps and it seems to. If anyone else has suggestions let me know, or if you would like to e-mail me my e-mail is sweetiegurl123456@yahoo.com.

hey, i didn't eat very much today because i wanna have pizza and a lil dessert, is this okay...breakfast*banana, lunch*granola bar, yogurt, snack*banana, then for dinner my friends and i are having pizza so im going to limit it to 1 or 2 slices, and then i think some ice cream, but not alot! i ran 1 mile too..so did i do okay?

I started my diet yesterday and I did really good. I had about 1000 calories and then did about 2 hours of exercise and had 8 glasses of water. Today is still going strong but it's still early. No I am not messing up today! I'll post again whe I see some results!! Good luck to all!!

Alright today was pretty good i walked for like 30-45 mins. then me and my friend went for like a 30 min. bike ride then we wrestled and played withher neices and nephew(5,3,1) and ran around alot. 2day i ate a little cup of apple sauce for breakfest, a peice of pizza and some strawberrie, after school i had a popsicle, for dinner I had a grilled chiken ceaser salad.yum o and i drank 2 liters of water 2day. well tell me what you guys think.

day 2 is going well!! I had around 400 calories for breakfast which was 1/2 a bagel, grapes and a bowl of granola, then i had track where we ran about 2 and a half miles really fast. Now I'm about to do crunches and go into the city for the day. I'm going to have around 800 more calories and call it a dayy <3

right am really confused - im on the pill but only since y'day lol and i've bin eatin 1300cals per day and exercsied for 1 hour and yesterday when i was weighed in the morning at the doctors i was - 185lbs and i no its bad but ive just weighed maself (got in from skewl) and i weight 183lbs? and its 16-09? ive still got just over 650 cals for tea but how tha hell did i lose nrly 2 lbs in 1 day when i have bin doing the same 1300cla 1 hour o exercsies plus 2 litres of water for the past 2 weeks and now all o a sudden am losing 2 lbs per day????argh help!!!

Hey evreyone!. i was just wondering what i could do to loose weight on my stomache just the bottom like an inch only the top is flat i play soccer about 3 times a week maybe more i need to have a flat stomache by june or july thanx alot evreyone!!

I just want everyone out there to keep trying and never give up. i started my "eating healthier for life" plan 2 months ago and have lost 15 pounds. i need to lose 34 more to reach my goal of 135 pounds. my friends are all getting together for pizza today at lunch. I choose not to eat it because im doing so good i dont want to mess up. I also go to this place called jazzercise everyday afterschool. it is very fun. i just want to say keep up the good work and dont give up!

Day one of 7 diet days was a success! yayy I had about 1200-1300 calories and ran for almost an hour. Plus I did some hardcore crunches, pushups and stretching for around 20 minutes. I love having off for passover. Now I can get a lot of sleep and still work out a lot. I also saw Amityville Horror...so scary!! ahhh but I loved it. <3 good nite
