Hi. My name is Melissa. I went on a diet, lost three pounds but then gained it back again. I don't know what happened. Can anyone give me eating suggestions to lose weight? I also do a pretty decent amount of push ups and sit ups a day. I really want to be 115-120 lbs. and that means i'll have to lose 26-31 lbs. Please help me. If I ate around 1800 calories today, swam laps for a half hour and ran 3 miles, do you think I could lose weight from today? i've been having such a hard time dieting lately~~ arghhh

Hey whats up ya'll,Umm i'm 15 and i weigh 175,I tend to gain a lot of weight fast and i tend to lose a lot of weight fast which is good,but theres this problem it seems like i cant lose weight anymore no matter what,I jog went on a diet for a lil bit and did hundred's of crunches and i'm just very impatient about my weight I just want that weight to fall of right now and another problem is if i dont lose weight quick i stop everthing and just eat eat eat.What should i do? just be patient or what.Also if theres anybody thats just like with the weight,height or anything else ,holla at my aim Preciousdj04 and we could probably be weight lost buddies which will most likely help.1

hey.. Well im trying to loose weight.. this is wat i've eatten.. its kinda lot >.< for brekafast i had a Pice of whole whear toast and a grapfruite... i then had a Big glass of water :D then i had fat free rice (alot of it tho) and a Rib sandwitch.. I've had an apple for a snack. What i need help with is what i should eat for dinner to balance my meal off? and is it ok wat i've eatten??

im really happy to day on tha weight calculator i am not longer overweight im just a risk from becoming overweight. This is actually a confidence booster i may still b fat but am not overweight yay lol ma stats r 5'8 184lbs i really wana be 133lbs for june 2006 which i will be because its only 51lbs to go! i am going out holiday with ma friend to ibiza in august and i really want to wear a bikini but if i dont look right in one i'll still wear a tankini! but for tha hol i want to weight around 156lbs so i no have exactly 18weeks to the day before i go on hols so that gives me 4 months 2 weeks to lose 2 stone do you think that is a realistic goal? thanx (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
