For the past month and a half, ive been exersizing a lot everyday, throughout the day. But for the past couple of days, i get tired faster. I drink enough water and stuff. But I was wondering if the fact that i get tired quicker is because im tired from all the exersize ive been doing? Well thats what i thought it was, so i decided to take it semi easy over the weekend. I'd just walk/run places. But i was just wondering if that was it.

I know alot of fat...
I had a half of butter finger for breakfast..
Then i had 1 small burrito for lunch..
Then for dinner i had a hamburger..
so ya? wat do i need to change

i've lost a lot of weight and id ont want to gain it back but i am going to go on birth control pills.. do you think i will gain it all back??/ that would be the worst!!!

I've lost 6 pounds scince my first entry t feel good but i want to know if this is a good diet plan breakfast i have eggs or toast lunch small salad and a granola bar and supper i have chicken

Hi. My name is Melissa. I went on a diet, lost three pounds but then gained it back again. I don't know what happened. Can anyone give me eating suggestions to lose weight? I also do a pretty decent amount of push ups and sit ups a day. I really want to be 115-120 lbs. and that means i'll have to lose 26-31 lbs. Please help me. If I ate around 1800 calories today, swam laps for a half hour and ran 3 miles, do you think I could lose weight from today? i've been having such a hard time dieting lately~~ arghhh

Hey whats up ya'll,Umm i'm 15 and i weigh 175,I tend to gain a lot of weight fast and i tend to lose a lot of weight fast which is good,but theres this problem it seems like i cant lose weight anymore no matter what,I jog went on a diet for a lil bit and did hundred's of crunches and i'm just very impatient about my weight I just want that weight to fall of right now and another problem is if i dont lose weight quick i stop everthing and just eat eat eat.What should i do? just be patient or what.Also if theres anybody thats just like with the weight,height or anything else ,holla at my aim Preciousdj04 and we could probably be weight lost buddies which will most likely help.1

I know this may not have completly have to do with being over-weight but.. my friend belives she is over weight but she is not.. Im really worried about my friend She seems to skip meals every day and she lies to her family tellign them she has already eatten when she has not.. should she get help?

Ihave been trying to lose weight for like ever! Ihave tried weight watchers like a hundred times and it just hasn't been workin' for me. What do yu think is the best diet for a teen 2 lose weight? please...HELP! I am totally desperate! Any tips or comments are appreciated!

hi every1! i have a question on my eatin today so far. i would like to kno if this is good so far.. breakfast: some fruit, mini bagel with a little bit of cream cheese(i kno it is fattenin, but i had a little of it)lunch: half of ham sandwich with a little mustard. then a few strawberries.
