ugh what a day. i guess it wasnt too bad. let me know what you think...
breakfast: granola bar cals: 100, lunch: chicken quesadilla cals: 400, grapes cals: 60, soy chips cals: 140, snack: gummi bears cals: 300 and then I went and ate icing from the tub : / lol i couldnt resist so that was about 400 cals i think so in total i've had about 1400 cals today maybe and hopefully a little less. I'm not going to eat anything else and I'm about to go to a track meet and run about 2 miles. Then I'll work out with weights and stuff. tell me what you think pleeease : / <3

Hey, I REALLY need help losing weight...but ive been really sick lately and i cant do any exersizes without completely losing my breath like 10 sec. into the exersize. It sucks..so Ive been trying to take it slow and easy but the thing is.. theres this guy (lol like always) and (i mean i TOTALLY want to loose weight for me) his name is Tyler..hes moving pretty soon..ALL the way across the US, and ive liked him for the longest time(almost 3 years)..i mean hes not shallow or any thing but his maily attracted to FIT skinny girls..which is totally NOT me, and hes moving in Mid-June..and i really want to loose atleast SOME weight before he leaves but I have NO IDEA how to do that, can any one help me plz? this is my only reasource and i really need the help!!!...I want to do this more than any thing in the world i just dont kno how..so plz ne thing u guys could tell me...I WOULD LOVE 2 KNOW! thanks -Charee (plz Reply)

right ok this is really strange, i woke up this mornin and i weighed myself and it sed i was 187lbs which i thouhg ok as yesterday i ate loadza junk food and not punk ne thin on. ive just come back from skewl and weighed myself - i know am not ment to but hey lol and which all ma skewl uniform on i now only weigh 185lbs??? and ive weighed ma self 4 times and im still 185lbs ive eaten normally today so far 800cals another 500 for tea to go but how the hell can i lose 2 lbs and plus ive drunk about 1.5 litres of water?!?!?!?!?

I feel so bad I lost two pounds in one day and the next day I gained the two pounds back can someone help me loose 20 pounds in one month. I want to be skinny for my eight grade graduation. i want to wear a nice dress that actually looks good on me. HELP PLEASE!!!

hey guys!! im doing well on my diet, but i have a problem. I eat about 1200 calories a day.. but my problem is that I like to eat them in large amounts at certain times. Like in the morning, my breakfast is on average 500 calories!! thats a lot! I usually don't have lunch because my breakfast keeps me full and going. Then i get home, and i have like 500-600 calories right away, i don't know why but i need to stop!!! then i run for a little bit which gives me some more calories.. then i have maybe 300 for dinner. I need to spread out my calorie intake, any ideas? thanks!

Ok so this is my plan ....no fried foods no white breads no junk food and only drinking water and of course alot of exersise i have a list of all the exersises im gonna do everynight but im not gonna put them its just like the normal crunches sit ups lifting weights and what not i dont noe how long this is gonna last without me failing
:( but im realllllly gonna try and I hope so bad that i make it to my goal ... at thee moment i am 177lbs and 5' 6" and my goal is 140 or a little bit less its quite a bit to go but im really gonna try i want to lose it mainly b4 I start 9th grade next year but theres other things id like to lose it for too ... like the formal dance at the end of the year for 8th grade and then im goin to the beach with friends in july soo yeah .... if anyone has any tips at all ..anything please reply to me thank you so much...

k, so 2 day i hav eaten 2 pieces of taost, 6 pices of cucumber, a bowl of pasta nd a choc bar. i dnt normally eat tha choc bar but i had a cravin afta runnin tha dog. iz this ne gud? i dunno cuz i normnally hav lk, i dunoo, seems unda 1000 cals, nd not sure if thats gud/not. mi mum keeps havin a go at me sayin nut 2 get 2 skinny but i rele cant c wot shez on about, i stil feel fat. kk, guna run now, thanx x

Good afternoon guys. Isent the weather awesome? Its 85 here in Boston! Well as the weather gets better, I've been outside a lot. I had a soccer game last night and I hurt my leg. Nothing serious, but just enough to keep me from exercising for 4-5 days. So I went outside and cleaned my yard. I'm also going to do situps, and lift weights tonight. I'll try to go for a walk but it wouldnt be for long. Oh ya, at the market yesterday they had mini bananas. Have you guys ever seen them? A regular banana has like 110 calories in it, and these ones had 40. They taste the same, there just smaller. I love when the weather gets warmer because you don't get hungry as much. Does that happen to any of you? Well good luck on your diets! Bye

i had a bad day eating wise today but tomorrow im getting right back on track... breakfast im gonna have some cereal and a piece of fruit...but im not sure about lunch today i had a burger and fries (not good) and then for my snack when i get home im gonna have fruit and for dinner a small portion of whatever my parents have...please give me some tips on lunch i have a choice to bring it or buy it at school and if i should bring it give me some examples id really appreciate it thanks ~helen~
