Hello everyone, how are you? I am fine, I am so worried thought! Sasha has been losing rapid weight loss and she is doing it the healthy way, like she excersises for 1 hr a day and eats about 1300 calories a day! she lost 8 pounds this week! is there something wrong? Like is this unhealthy for her?

So I haven't weighed myself for 5 days, and I know you should only do it once a week, so I am waiting until Sunday. The thing is I don't have a scale. =\ So I usually use my friends or when I weighed myself last Sunday there were 3 scales at London Drugs and I got the same weight on two of them so I just took those as my weight. But how much is a scale usually??? And if there is a cheap one will it work just the same?? Thanks in advance =)

hey, i'm 5'5 and 180.. my diet usually consists of a bowl of cereal in the mornning, a school lunch, i get home eat a bowl of cereal, eat dinner, and maybe like a snack of 3-5 cookies.. on June 7th i'm going on vacation to mexico, and i definetly dont want to be stick thin, which i dont think is possible for me anyways, but ofcours im a a 14 year old girl and i wanna look good! haha, or at least decent.. so can you guys please give me some tips to losing weight? ive been trying for a year now, and please just give me all the advise you can.. what should i eat and what to do for exersise.. thanks sweets.. <3danielle

i did so badly today... breakfast- bagel with light cream cheese- 375 cals and a lemonade coolata- 240 cals then for lunch i had an oriental chicken wrap and a few french fries from applebees and then for dinner i had one small slice of pizza.... i know i did so bad but i was away for the day in kittery and i did walk a bit... how bad is this??

I have a question. do u guys think that i could lose 50 lbs by the end of august??? or september??? i really want to lose this unwanted weight. right now, i weigh 192lbs from 215. right now i am kinda on a plateau. it sucks. i think that i lost like 2 or 3 lbs but i am slackin off a little. i kno i could do it, but sometimes i feel like givin up. i have been doin well, my goal by the end of may is to get in the low 180's. do u think by the end of june that i could get in the mid 170's????? Just wonderin. next week when we get back to school, i will do much better b/c i am in school and i can't eat that much there, so i think that i will do betta. thankz guyz!!!! -jenna

i just bought double fudge popcicle sticks 60 cal and a perfect chocolate fix! There were ones that were 40 but they taste like water besides these were made w/ nestle milk

Hello u guys! okay so like ive been sick lately..for like a week! and i went from 165 lbs to 154! its insaine..(its cause my throat is so soare i eat like 2/5 th's of my portions) but the thing is.. I dont feel or look any smaller...HOW is this?how can some 1 loose 11 pounds on the scale but not see a diffrence in their jeans or appearance..lol can some 1 help me out here im CONFUSED!Oh and also i kno its unhealthy to loose that much in such a short time..but my mom said if i start a diet off of that i can keep it off is that true? lol thanks xoxoxo~*~Charee~*~

MEAT IS FATTENING. 2.MAKE AN ONLINE JOURNAL ON LIVEJOURNAL.COM AND TRACK WHAT YOU EAT AND YOUR EXERCISES. 3.GO OUTSIDE AND GO PLAY! 4.DRINK 8 CUPS OF WATER DAILY! THIS IS IMPORTANT! 5.MAKE SMALL GOALS AND TRY TO ACCOMPLISH THEM. EXAMPLE: I WILL EXERSISE ATLEAST TWICE A WEEK.

There are a lot of people on this site that are following unhealthy and probably dangerous diets. We are all teenagers here and no one should be eating less than 1500 calories a day. For weight loss, it's MEDICALLY PROVEN that 1500-1800 is a better range than 1200-1500. No one should restrict their calories that much. If you are between 12-18, you are still growing and eating less than 1500 can stunt your growth. There is a lot of info saying that the limit is at 1200, but that is for extremely overweight, fully-grown ADULTS and it's not for kids.

i dont know what to do... i live in a house with 7 people (my family) and i'm the only one who is overweight! ah..today started out soo good and then when i got home i couldnt stop eating..so now i have eaten about 1200 calories.. and i still have to eat dinner...(my parents make me) but im on a 1500 calorie diet so i guess i could eat a really small portion and not have a lot of calories does that sound good to yall? i hope so...give me some input...id appreciated it ..~helen~
