if i eat 1300 calories a day, run a mile 5 days a week, and have dance class for 2 hrs one day a week....how much would u say i would lose a week? do u think i could lose 20 pounds doing that by the middle of august?

Hey everyone. I just started my diet today and I'm wonderin' how I did. :) Breakfast: two slices of bannana bread, Lunch: chicken nuggets, juicy juice, riceroni, Snack: smartpop popcorn bag, Dinner: two lean pockets and a half a piece of corn.

- Ugh !I don't get it . . last week i was like beetween 169-170 .. and i didnt eat any bad foods or anything. then during the weekend i ate like 3 cookies but i also excercised now im like 3 pounds heavier. I dont get it ..its maybe water weight but i just have this feeling its not. I dont know..but right now im feeling really discouraged like what im doing for my diet is wrong. for yall who have been following the Gilliam Mckeith (you are what you eat plan) can you please tell me how much weight you have lost and how long you have been on it for and your height plz. As i have been on it for 2 months and have not weighed myself but can see a big difference, i get to weigh my self next week though wish me luck lol

hey every1!! ok, here is my day. can u guyz tell me if i did good? ok, breakfast: fruit, mini bagel with a little bit of cream cheese Lunch: half of ham sandwich, orange juice, some strawberries Dinner: orange juice, baked potato with a little bit of sour cream, 3 little chicken legs, lots of broccoli, (YUM), little piece of bread. Okay..i dont think im doing too bad today..but lets see what you guys think : Breakfast: Bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 cup of skim milk. Lunch: Small piece of grilled chicken with mashed potatoes frozen lunch, salad(no dressing) and water (the frozen lunch only has 190 calories)..Bananna for a snack..and then I was thinking a veggies burger w/ no bun and with salad, and a glass of milk. Is today a good day, or a bad day?

Well i've done this many time's before, and i've lost weight with what I did, but then I quit and lost the weight back, so now I in and i'm going to stick with it...I have many plans to lose weight, but i'm starting this at the begining of June, I want to try to get to the lowest weight I can by september, I weigh 260 right now, I'm hoping to get to 220 or 210 by september if I work really hard, you guys tell me is that asking too much, if I do it the healthy way, I mean healthy food, and exercise.
