hey im like 50lbs overweight and for no reason i started smoking and i lost weight but then when i stopped i gained weight, any suggestions??????????

Has anyone tried to eat like 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones? Like today I had an 8oz glass of chocolate milk (160 cals) at 7:30, at 10:00 I had half a sandwich and a sugar free pudding (170). Then I'll eat at 12:30, between 3 and 4, and then between 6-7. Does this sound good, does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

well today i weigh 182lbs and thats frm 198lbs, even though ive lost 16lbs its taken me 4 months! and 10lbs of that was in the very first month, ah well lol at least i am getting there. Theres this diet that is taking america by storm its call the fast track detox diet. (i am from england by tha way ) i have just brought Mays issue of cosmopolitan and theres this book with it that shows u how to lose 3 - 8lbs in just 1 day? the book is 117pages long so i haven't read it yet, am just about to, do you think it will work?

Well, last summer I lost a whole 10-20 lbs just being out of the house and going around the naighborhood with my friends. And i'm going to try to walk around the block with my friends for like an hour or so. That way I can get more exersize than I have been getting. I'm going to most likely also bike, depending on when I can get new tires for my bike. Then by the time summer comes I can also swim. So..it sounds like a plan. But yesterday kind of sucked because well, it started out good. I had toast for breakfast and salad for lunch..but then I went to this party and they had pizza for dinner so I had two peices of that, and then I also had like four glasses of pop. Can someone suggest some good exersizes to burn it off?

I've been having a hard time sticking to a diet lately, but today went well, in my opinion, let me know what you think. I ate 12 servings of vegetables(I know, a lot, but they're good for me), a can of tuna, a strawberry, a sugar free popsicle(30calories, are those ok?), a diet Snapple Iced Tea(those okay), a diet energy drink(probably bad, but 0 calories) and water. I worked all day, so I didn't really have a chance to excersize, but I was on my feet 7 hours straight. How'd I do? Thanks in advance.

My weight is a constant struggle. I am 5'8 and weigh 205 pounds. any tips for losing weight? I already play softball and basketball, so i get my excercise. I eat pretty healthy also. I just cant keep up with my weight!

ughh I keep eatting my day's suply of calories before 4 oclock! That means I can't eat anything else for the rest of the day and I just get bored and in the mood for food! I should space it out a lot better but its tough...Today I had eggs for breakfast which was only around 200 calories but then I had lots of pasta with cheese and microwave popcorn and pretzels which had to be around 1000 calories right there! So already I'm at 1200. I went bike riding for hald an hour at least. sighhh <3

I had a great diet day yesterday! Around 1500 calories, maybe a little less and I had track and did my new crunch workout. I ate dinner around 4 because I have off so I had nothing better to do! lol Then I went out with my friend to a coffee house but I was goood and only had a diet coke : D I was proud of myself! diet coke can be surprisingly satisfying! <3 today I'm totally motivated for a good day. I dont have practice but I might go out for a long bike ride or maybe running later. We'll see...
