Hey i'm 5'4 and I weigh about 160. For a few days i'v been waking up at 5 am and I power walk on the treadmill for about 20 min. then I do a bunch of toning exercises with weights and stuff till 6 am. If I drink a lot of water and try to cut out a lot of junk food do you think I could loose like 20 pounds? (my goal weight is about 125 but I dont want to set up things to high) Does anyone have any tips for me? Oh and I can only eat like a banana for breakfast cause if I eat more then that I get sick. and I think whats killing my diet is eating a lot when I get home from school. thanks!

how does this sound for tomorro... breakfast- wheat toast with peanut butter orange juice. lunch- turkey sw ff pringles apple diet coke snack- south beach bar dinner- watever my mom cooks and then only a piece of fruit after dinner if im hungry... plus 40 oz of water again... is this ok? plus ill have softball and ill try to run the treadmill for 20 min

err i just cant seem to do well.... breakfast-cereal lunch-turkey sandwich mandarin oranges baked chips snack-special k bar dinner- 2 tacos desert- ff sugar free chocalate pudding but then i had 100 calorie pack of wheat thins and a cheese stick. i had softball practice and we ran and did a bunch of drills... i drank 40 oz of water.... how bad did i do??

I have a problem. Im four foot 9 inches tall and I weigh 498 pounds. My bmi is 107.9. I get tired when I walk even ten feet. I measured it. All my clothes are too small for me. I wear a womens plus size. I go to all the plus size stores and ask for their biggest clothes and they are still to small. You see in school the rule is no stomach can show. My stomach is so big it goes past my knees. Really no joke. The doctors are considering putting me in a wheel chair because I can barely walk. I ve tried diet pills and nothing works. ZI even have to sneak food into my room. My diet consists of at least three bowls of ceral an orange apple , and 5 bagels. With a whole can of cream cheese. Then I eat about a half a dozen brownies. Now back to the clothes Im in cheerleading and my coach is threating to kick me off because im always out of breath, that I can handle but my uniform is to small and shows almost all my stomach my belly hangs over my knees. Most overweight cheerleaders gdont have this problem because the weara leotard to cover their belly. But the biggest leotard there is in stores around here is to small. I put it on and with in a maximum of ten minutes it literally rips no joke. Can anyone help me with any of my above problems, aka: loosing 368 pounds or finding big enough clothes. - Can you lose pounds slower after you lose a certain amount? So far I lost about 47 pounds in about 7 months . .and now I'm losing weight a lil slower than usual. Is this normal? Is this because i'm getting closer to my ideal weight? please help

hi my name is sarah i weigh 162 pounds, I am trying to lose weight. Today for breackfast i ate ceral,half a bagel, and organge juice. Then for lunch i had a sandwhich,a heath bar,water,and a few soy chips. For snack i have a few sips of a diet pespsi and nuts. Then for dinner i had veggies, lean meat, salad, and whole grain rice. Then i had a very small chocolate for dessert. I know thats alot and the chocolate is really bad, but i run track and i need the energy? Should i still eat less?? please respond!

I weigh 160 pounds and am 5'8..i do track and i ride..is that to much though..i eat okay and my friends say i'm basically muscle..but how is that true if i'm a size 10?? I'm so confused please help!!!

Right now i am 14 and i weigh 165! I am only 5'6 and i am really unhappy! The summer is coming for me in about 1 month and i want to look good in my swimsuit... I have tried dieting but i dont have enough discipline. I excersize alot, but nothin is working.. what is everyone doing for exercize? I lost 20 lbs (150-130-- i'm 5 '2 btw)but I can't seem to lose the last 15 lbs... i've tried "jump starting" my diet (eating very little cals, taking a break from thatand then the next day going back to it)but it didn't work. Its been raining for the past few days also, so I can't really go running or do any outdoor activities. I'm just really bummed because I lost weight -- which i was really happy about-- but you can't really tell because there is still so much fat. any suggestions would be great! thanks!

Hey everyone! Starting a couple of months ago, I started doing this diet. I cutted down what I ate & exercised constantly every day. I drank a lot of water! After by a week...people started to notice a difference in me! I wrote before in the teen post...I lost around 10 pounds in a week! It could have been a little less...but yah I was loosing a lot. A little after that, people still told me. All I could think about is dessert! A little later I felt like I have gained some weight! So, again...I am continuing on doing how I was doing before!
