Hey i just wanted to say that you guys are really awesome and this site is so cool beacause you learn how to make life changes in your diet and exerise every day..you guys have really helped to motivate me and now i no that there are people overweight like me and i are going through the same problems i am going through. great day today! i had my audition for this dance program that I really want to be in next year so I was so nervous the whole day! I had cheerios for breakfast, pretzels, kudos bar and grapes for lunch then I danced for 3 brutal hours at the audition! pheww I was still really nervous when I got home so I coulnd eat anything..thren I went to my dance class for an hour and when I came home I had some pasta, brocoli and chicken. For dessert, a weight watchers flying saucer ice cream thing. Mmmm Those are gooood. The audition went really well. And now I'm really tired! Anyway I had around 1200 calories today and danced for about 4 hours! no running because I ran out of time...<3

alright new plan cuz the scale isnt budging even though my mom has told me she thinks i loko thinner... im gonna have cereal for breakfast with a piece of fruit. then a sandwich for lunch and then watever my mom cooks for dinner. im gonna stop bringing my wallet to school. im only gonna bring 1 dollar for the diet coke i buy. and im very good about that i never buy regular soda at school. i love diet coke. i have softball like every day and im gonna try to do the treadmill more. my new goal is set for the first of july. i have a lot that month, i go away, im going to a wedding, etc.... so im hoping to lose 15 by then. o yea my mom and i r rejoining weight watchers!!! yay!! well how does this sound???

Hey everyone how are you doing? Well I used to go on here during the last summer-beginning of school year period and i was over-weight but lost 30lbs and the motivation on here was encouraging. Well now i'm still about the same weight only i've gained about 5-10 pounds back on so i'm ready to lose that weight + more! I was thinking that a fun way to lose weight would be to have like a contest type of thing, where on like the monday of every week people post there weight and if they've lost any, i think it would just be a nice way of motivation. Well if anyone wants to do this just let me know and we will! Good luck to all of you!!

hey everyone. im around 145-147 pounds at around 5'5 or 5'6 and i really would like to lose some weight. see i feel like im huge and ugly and gross and that no guy is going to want to date me. im in the 9th grade and i really want a boyfriend even though it is like the end of the year. i feel like im going to go all throughout high school and not have a bf. i am really depressed. can someone help me with a diet or try and help my self esteem? thanks. <3

For dinner to night my family is having tacos. (turkey tacos, not beef) If i skip the cheese and limit my portions will i do ok?? (all im going to have is the turkey, salsa, and lettuce) I ate pretty good the rest of today.

Hey there...I'm so proud of myself!! Last night i weighed myself and i weigh 156!!! Two pounds ligther!!! Hurray! Okay so anywho how does this sound for today: Brek:ceral (w/ fruit) and low carb yougert (only 60 cals) Lunch:salad, and a heath bar (110 cals) and water..Snack: a glass of milk and a 1/2 bagel (it waz the small half though) I went on the tredmill and burned 600 cals by the way (oh and, i sprinted to the bus this morning, not that i wanted to) Dinner:shrimp w/ light pasta Dessert:fruit Does that sound okay? Advice please!!

Okay, so I decided to train to become a lifeguard. I have to take an oxygen, CPR, and another class, and I have to have 20 hours. Which means 5 hours everyday for 4 days, starting may 17th. I'm really excited about this. I went to the YMCA this morning to swim, my mom is helping me with my strokes, american crawl, etc. But what excited me the most was I decided to weigh myself, and all I had one was my bathing suit okay, so when I did... I weigh 213!! Okay, as I said before "I weigh around 200", not true, I actually weighed 224lbs the last time I had checked, which was a few months ago, so I could have gained more weight, I don't know. But anyway, I'm so excited because I lost about/or more 12lbs!!! Just eating right, and exercising really helped me, and now that I'm going to be swimming all the time I'll lose even more.

Well today i had a bowl of korn pops, and at lunch i had one cup of noodles and i bought bread stixs. I notice that everytime i over eat i always feel like throwing up. so anyways, i've been taking green tea pills. I gave up soda(like cold turkey way) and i drink OJ, and water. Well i don't really exercise, only walkin back and forth to classes, sometimes i exercise for 15 minutes at home. but i guess i wanted a partner, but no one wants to do it with me. now this is an excuse for me..lol. any suggestions on fun exercise?

hey guys! i just thought i'd share some advice. I have been a very athletic person all my life up untill last august when i didnt play soccer for my highschool for some various reasons. Needless to say, i didnt do anything for about 6 months and gained some weight. Recently i decided to get my act back together and make myself happy again. i did alot of research on various diets and healthy eating habbits. Basically, i determined how many calories i can have a day and burn regularly. Since ive gotten back to soccer and started watching what i was eating ive lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Its exciting and motivating. i cant wait to see the results when i get back to going to the gym everyday! Goodluck guys!

Does anyone know any ways that I could bring healthy food to school for lunch and snacks without being too obvious? I don't want my friends to know that I'm "dieting". Also, I need help staying away from food when I'm home and not doing anything. I can't really go out because I live in the middle of nowhere... and I have to spend a lot of time on homework. I'm used to snacking while doing my homework or while on the internet. One last thing (sorry if i'm asking too many questions), I want to drink more water but I always feel sick when drinking a lot. It doesn't even fill me up... it just makes me crave something salty. I also have REALLY bad memory, so does anyone have a good way of remembering to drink water? (I always have a bottle of water with me, I just always forget to drink it.) Well, thanks!

Ok..So, please tell me how i did today. Breakfast: Banana with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a glass of orange Juice Snack: a hershey kiss and a lollipop, i no its really bad..but it was 80 cals total and only like 1 gram of fat, plus that will be my dessert for today.. Lunch: turkey wrap on a honey wheat wrap thing, pria bar (health bar with 110 cals and like 3 grams of fat)carrots, and water Snack: Quacker baked Snack things- 60 cals for 8 ( I had like 12, so thats like 100 cals) 1 gram of fat etc. and water.. Dinner: Not sure yet, but i think pasta. Im gonna only try to have a little and to have lots of salad Dessert: a peice of fruit or nothing also im gonna go on the treadmill for an hour..is this ok?
