OMG i ate SO bad today!!!! Okay for breakfest i have low carb yoyurt,fruit,smoothie,orange juice,and milk (a ton of fruit huh!) Then it went downhill when for a cinco de mayo party at school i had a burrito, chips and guacamole (it waz made from scratch though) Then for lunch i had, 1/2 a ham sandwhich,a pria bar, and 1/2 a salad. And lemonade. UGH then the list goes on and for snack i had a bagel ((UGH)) Then for dinner i had chicken,veggies,milk, a whole grain rice. For dessert i had a banana w/ peanut butter. OMG i did WICKED bad i am so mad at myself. For exerise i did jump rope and went for my daily run w. my friend. i am soooo UPSET!

hey I havnt been on here in a while...but is it true that a girl burns 2000 calories a day on average? and it is 3500 calories for a pound? well if that is true and you eat 1000 calories a day with out excorsiceing you will have burned like 1000 calories and 1000 X's 7 (every day of the week) is 7,000 so if so thats 2 pounds right? so does that make sense will that work?

Ok....How good did I do today?--Morning-Ice Mocha Lunch-Ham and Cheese sandwich with a VERY small amount of mayo-Dinner-Small bowl of mac and cheese(fat free or low fat one)with a slice of bread Exercises-Walk one mile.50 push ups.120 leg toner things.100 jumping jacks.100 curl ups....So..how did I do?

hey, i just want to say to all the people here that the teens here are probably not the best advice givers on certain diets, like atkins. you should all ask a doctor on that one, its based on you, not everyone else. it may even be easiest to follow your own diet. limited calories, fat, etc (dont go less then 1200-1500 though), and excerise. you know, the old "traditional" way lol. just try what you think is best for you

Hey guys! i did kinda bad today ;0(..ugh. we had a cinco de mayo party and spanish. with pinatas..i had an enchilada, and 2 peices of candy. i assumed it would be about 500 cals total? is that a good guess. i absolutely hafta burn it off on the treadmill today..PLEASE RESPOND!!

burned 500 cals. on the treadmill today! and did this pilates thing, but i pulled a muscle so i finished the first set but didnt go ahead and do the second one. i ate slightly unhealthfully though, if you read my post from this afternoon. im having pizza for dinner tonight to :o/

I am doing so badly right now. I think it's the pressure. I HAVE to lose some weight before the 28th, and it's so hard. Can anyone please help me? Over all I want to lose about a stone, but I know I won't be able to lose that much in under 4 weeks. I just want to lose as much as possible, because I'm doing something and I have to wear a skirt, and my legs look so fat. I've bought some firming body wash and lotion to help a little but I just want weight loss! It's so hard. >:( Maybe a weight loss buddy would help me, I haven't had one before. Anyone interested? (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey guys, I havent really posted here in a while but I've been reading a lot of posts. Anyways, I just wanted to throw out a good sujestion for exercising. I found that I don't really like to go running or going for walks durng the day because the cars and people and it can just get annoying so I go for walks/runs at night. I go by myself around 8 and get back around 830ish. Its so relaxing! Then I fall asleep really quick too! Summer is 20 more school days away for me. I've been working really hard this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. My weigh in is May 17th, so hopefully I am happy with what I see on the scale.

HI everyone! im so proud of myself! I used to eat pizza, pop and candy for lunch, come home eat chocolate, chips, and many junk foods have fast food for dinner and eat more at night. 1st of all i have only had pop 2 times in the last 2 weeks!!!! i used to live on it!!! i also have the nastiest fattest arms ever and i need to fix them by prom (20 days). Now an average day is: 6am 20 minutes of weights, lunch : 1 slice pizza, carrots, grapes and big bottle of water. come home have icecream or something healthy (depends wether i have a craving or not)then do 20 minutes of weights and i have a goood dinner with mean, friut and veggies.then i do more weights before bed! im positive i will see improvements from this dramatic change!!!!! Today was my worst day in a couple weeks but it defently could have been worse!!! i didnt eat lunch @ school becuase i was sick, so i just had a bottle of...
