My friend told me about this. What she does is she eats healthy and is good all week, then at the end of the week she weighs herself, and if she loses weight, she treats herself to a blizzard, she does this every week. She has lost 15 pounds so far. I told this to my nutritionist and she said that would be a good thing for a treat once a week. I am going to try that. I am just sharing this with you guys if you want to try it too.

Thanks Jenn! thats a really good idea and come to think of it, i have one of her vidios too!i forgot all about it cause it was givin to me just before i moved. . and its been packed away since. to all of the guys in this site, if you want to lose 10 pounds or up, you should probubly go and do some weight lifting! also eat about 1500 calories a day (always eat more than a girl) and crunches are the best for the stomache, and go jogging or bike riding! that is the easiest way to lose 10 pounds and up for a guy!

you said i was tough on the other page to another post im not really thats just what i did to start up and now i do so much more its crazy and its one of the only ways to lose effectively you know and it doesnt really take that long maybe and hour and ten minutes of excersize a day,everday is all i do.then on a hard day it gets tougher lol i spend like a lot of time at the gym and do just about everything there and then i do crunches and things at night but thats only if i havent excersized for a few days other wise i would be working out too much you know?
