im 14, 5'5ish and weigh 150lbs, i really would like to be around 130 by may because im going on vacation and my goal weight is 120. i was wondering how is a good way to tell my mom that i want to loose weight with out her wanting to know my weight, because i have gained 13lbs since nov. or her going to the extreem of you can only eat salad and portions the size of your hand, like last time, or if anyone can help me with an excersize plan that would be so helpful, thanx alot

hey wats up?iv been running 2 miles in the morning & at nite i do 175 of these side bend thins, 60 crunches & more than 60 dance crunches and i havent been strict on my diet which iz just 2 moderate & eat healthy foods when possible but ive gained a 1/2 inch like every i waz reely tryin 2 lose it!!!!wat happened?????????waz it all be cuz of my diet?or am i doin sumthin rong????????ppplez reply this reely fustrates me!!!!thnak you

Hey guys, I hope your days going well. I aksed a question earlier about how many caloies you should eat once your at your goal weight and I want to say thanks for the people who responded! But anyways, I'm going to Las Vegas this weekend for soccer, so mabye I'll loose 1 or 2 more lbs. Also, for food, I reccomend the 100 calorie packs. I usually eat the oreo ones and there great. Okay well I have nothing else to say, so good luck!

ok so the name is Nicole i am 14 and in eighth grade. i weigh 140 and i am 5*4 i am active n all i try many things to loose wight i run every day 2 miles + PE+ Gymnastics + Volleyball + 50 crunches + 50 push ups + leg lifts and v ups and guess what i loose nothing my BF looses weight when he sleeps and he is 2 lbs lighter every morning!! and then things i wanna get rid of is my luv handles (ALOT!!) and my theighs! they are big lol so please please PLEASE! leave me tips! (this is my first summer with a boyfriend and he wants to go to the water park with me but i dont look good in a swim suit! please help!) *u can IM me too........KitKatShizzle12*

I'm really unhappy with myself and the way i look. I'm 4'11 and 140 lbs. Last year I got made fun of a lot especially by my own brother and sometimes my sister would tell me to stop eating when I was about to, not as much this year though. Does anyone know like a two week diet or anything like that? or any diet that worked for them? besides like atkins,south beach or anything like that cause i can't do those thankz so much!! ~margaret~

hey everyone, do you think that this is a "good day" for me? i am 5"2 and i weigh around 160 pounds. i woke up too late for a real breakfast, but i had a banana. for lunch i had 1/2 cup of chocalate pudding, and a ham and mayo sandwich. for dinner i had chicken with some rice, and 1 orange. after school i had 2 cups of strawberries, and i had this snack i made out of 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of rice. what do you guys think?

Okay, No offense to anyone, but I really have to say to everyone: STOP ASKING QUESTIONS THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT I mean asking if you did good for a day, when you ate 3 small portions a day is not a question to ask okay? also things like if i excersise for 30 minutes a day will i lose weight? OF COURSE YOUR GONNA LOSE WEIGHT! I am not trying to be mean so please stop it with teh lame questions I mean I will answer them but still, I am getting annoyed! also 1 more thing, Kathryln, my friend made a good point, if Jasmine says that she doesnt want no 1 saying mean things about asian people then you dont go up to her and saying that it is old what she is saying, you are nice to everyone else but Jasmine and I dont like it, Jasmine is my friend, and I say that if you dont like her, than leave her alone and dont reply to her! that is all that I have to say good bye everyone and good luck with your weight loss!

hey guys! i have posted a message like this before but im doing it again: if you dont like to drink water, at WalMart they have water flavor things. Like one kind is Rasberry Ice and Lemonade and all different ones. They come in little pouches so you can put all the stuff in one pouch in a bottle of water. They have 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 sodium, 0 EVERYTHING! They are great. and, once you drink one, you feel full, so when I get a craving I just drink a bottle of water with the flavor! It has really worked. good luck
