i really need some help with what to eat when i come home from school i had a great system going where i would make a sandwich the night before so when i came home from track practice i would eat that and be full up but now we are out of bread what should i do instead ...(a really filling snack because when i come home i havent eaten for four or five hours and i have worked out so im really really hungry then ...) please give some tips i really would appreciate them..thanks

Listen, i've decided to become a vegetarian. its really good for your health. plus, why kill animals just so u can have pleasure in food?? u can eat fruits and veggies without killing ANYTHING. why doesnt eating cows, pigs, chickens, and other meats not effect you? how would it effect u if someone killed and ate your dog or cat or bird?? how would that make you feel? i would feel absalutly terrible. animals have feelings too. i know u have heard that a lot but the scary thing about it is.... its true. i mean, their living breathing things just like us. only that they cant express their feelings to us. well, at least not in a manner that we can understand. what do most of you say when you hear about the chinese place a couple blocks away that serves dog and cat meat? what do u say? b4 i became a vegetarian i even said "thats cruel!" so y dont u feel that way about other animals. think about it. pleez pleez help stop the worldwide massacre of animals.

today my class had to run 2 miles for class and everyone else could do it, except f or me. they didnt even have to stop once, i got to like one fourth of half a mile and i had to stop.

Alright guys, I have heard lots of people saying that their friends are super skinny, toothpicks, etc. There is NO way that all of your guys friends are tiny. I have some friends that are sticks, but I also have some friends that are average and some a little over. I mean please, that just sounds like you are trying to follow the crowd and be just like your friends, most of the reasons i have seen it to get guys(thats why you want to be like your friends). Im not complaining but just putting it out there. Most of my friends dont have boyfriends, but just because a boy likes one of your friends, doesnt mean no one likes you. I always thought that, but then I found out that like 5 people liked me. There is always someone paying attention to you so just be yourself!! *PS* I am not trying to say dont lose weight, just saying dont try and follow the group, be a leader not a follower.!

Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to know how i am doing to far. so.. breakfast: bran cereal and oj= 240 cals Lunch: sandwich, nutrigrain bar, juicy juice=440 cals Snack: apple=80 cals dinner: mac+cheese, pork, salad with fat free dressing, skim milk=400 cals. then i did my denise austin kickboxing video. My calories equaled to about 1260 cals. HOW DID I DO??? thankz guyz!! Good luck to everybody!! ~jenna

Well im sure a lot have people do this cause i have been doing it since i was three, but anyway, if you want a glass of juice try not to have a whole one cause theres a lot of calories and suger in it so instead just fill half of it with juice and the other half with seltzer, its still really good.

hey everyone, i don't know where to post my message/question. i thought that this might be a good place to attempt it. so here i go, i'm moving from China to America to attend high school this fall. i am five foot two inches, and i weigh about 160 pounds. i am overweight. i have never been to an american highschool, and i know practilly nothing about it. i'm wondering if any of you can tell me something about it. although, i am trying to lose weight before i go to high school, it just isn't coming off. i do cardio for about 30 minutes a day. and 30 minutes of weight trainig at least twice a week. and i eat around 1200 to 1300 calories daily. anyway, if any of you managed to read all this please post anything relevant to what i am saying. thanks

Can anyone tell me how i did today, For B: Kashi cereal, fat free milk, 5 strawberries, snack: one cup of grapes, Lunch: 1/2 tuna, romaine lettuce, seven baby carrots, fat free italian dressing, and a plumb and peach. then i did 30 minutes of eliptical machine and worked on some legs and later on doing abs. then snack sugar free jello, then dinner i had boneless chicken breast, non fat cottage cheese, and about 15 baby carrots with 2 T of fat free italian dressing. i also was wondering how i can build muscle but still lose alittle bit of weight

ugh.. im 5ft or 5'1 im not sure im 160 at the moment i want to get down to 135 then to 100 lbs.. i got a trampoline for my b-day so i go on that for at least an hour or more a day and im going to start rideing my bike and running/walking more.. i plan to eat a bananna or something healthy like that for breakfast and for lunch i will eat salads and fruit and stuff and for dinner i will eat what my parents make and if its unhealthy i will eat healthier things with it and just eat half of it. i plan to get 60 - 100 mins of exersise a day.. any tips or any sites i could go to that would help me? i want to loose the fat in my arms theighs and stomach.. it looks horrible. thankz.
