Holly Toledo, I am so happy. I ran a mile 3 months ago when I was 170lbs and it took me 10 minutes. But I ran one mile today and it took me 6 1/2 minutes and I am 150 lbs now. By the way I am 5ft 8 inches. I have 5 lbs to lose left tell I get to my target of 145 lbs. Sweet good luck to you all.

oh yeah i forgot to say this if you guys are on diet pills i suggest you stop taking them because have you read the back ???? always have a lowcalorie diet and excersize while taking this...that is what diets are for why take the pill all it will do for you is give you a possibility of high blood pressure and they can really mess up you kidneys and just for an extra pound every week is that really worth it..??just something to think about..

omg you guys i am so nervous i have a track meet tomorrow and i have to run a two mile race i really hope i dont lose that will be so depressing but i know if i have a negative attitude i will do bad but its so nerve racking do any of yall have advice on what to do? i really need some before i go absolutely NUTS and i do have to sleep at some point lol well ill be waiting..

hi,I'm so inspired by the stories.luckly i found this site, I read all the messages. and I see my story reflected in some of you.I'have been obese all my life, have tried all the diets on the market. I'm looking forward to try again, by eating healthy and doing excercise.keep short-term goals and write down what I eat. at this moment I weight 220lbs.wish to lose some weight by prom and kept the weight off.thank for the advices that you all give to each other and hope you guys will take a second and write me back.I be glad to hear from you.

i just wanted u guys to no my 4 rules to a healthy diet...
1.Eat nothing b4 noon except fruit or juice...
2.do not eat or drink b4 7.00am..
3. do not eat anything after 7.00..
4.absolutely no sweets...

hey guys. im in a really good mood right now because i have my calorie counting down, im really good at it. i am going out to red lobster tonight, and i know that i can get this dish that i really want. i have looked up its calories and saved those amount of calories for tonight. it proves that even if ur eating out, you can still lose weight and be healthy. good luck to everyone!!!!

Hi everybody!! I just wanted to say that u all are doin great with ur diets!!! I am soooo happy too. I went from 215 to 198 lbs so far!!!!!! I lost 17 lbs so far! I just ate healthier and exercised. U ALL COULD DO IT!!!! My goal is to get to about 145 to 150. I will be soo happy!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!! ~jenna

Ok, i know that fruit juice is supposedly almost as bad as soda cuz its got so much sugar in it, BUT, i love orange juice-- is it really that bad? Ok, so my diet is slowely getting better, ive cut out all normal choclate and sweet and junk eating- just ocassionly, like my host mother made a cake tonight, so i ate one little piece of it instad of like 3). And way, now my normal diet consists of cereal with milk for breakfast, something hot, like pasta for lunch but i have been watching my protions and its crazy to see how much i used to eat! and for diner its usually bread and cheese and tea(w/o anything in it) . and for snacks i have either orange juice, dried apricots or apples, or pistacio nuts and sometimes a pretzel with butter. what do you all think? plus ive got an hour cardio workout 4 times a week. iI'd love your input! thanks

hi all u ppl out there....yall all wanna lose weight right??? DUH... Well my suggestion is u no when your not hungry but you still wanna eat.. well all u gotta do is instead of eating chew gum.... my friend did it but i havent yet but she lost 10 lbs in 1 month

Hello everyone! Hope your weekends going well. Okay so anyways, I think I'm a whole new person. For the past 2 weeks, Ive been eating so healthy. So far I ate 600 calories and its 130 PM. So I'll probally have a fruit for a snack and then for supper, eat enough to get me to 1200. Then I'm going to the gym for a while. My next weigh in is Monday! Its so dissapointing when you think you did so good and then you didn't loose weight. But you CANT let it get to you and binge! So I weighed my self last Thursday and is it too early to weigh myself Monday morning? Thanks guys!!

Hey Everyone! I'm finally getting motivated again to lose weight. Right now I weigh between 160-165 and I'm 5'8". I used to be like 190 so I've lost like 25 lbs which is awesome!. But I kinda stopped for awhile and now I'm trying to get back into it. My goal is to be 140 by June which is like 11 weeks away. I know I can do it! I was just wondering if there's anyone out there who would be interested in being my kinda diet buddy or w/e u wanna call it. We can just e-mail back and forth and keep each other motivated.
